Lovely decor, been done out so nicely and very clean. Short walk into the centre. Cute mini door if arriving back after 10pm. The breakfast was nice although not what we expected.

The size of room, which obviously cannot be helped and very got. Visited during hot weather which can’t be helped either. And the breakfast, we initially booked having looked at the photos of the rooms looking nice and the fact the hotel had parking. Didn’t read the reviews or finer details. The breakfast is just 1 juice each, granola pot and pastry hung on the door in the morning. And parking meant we were blocked in most of our stay, luckily didn’t need the car.

Beautiful hotel, lovely decor, fantastic staff The room was perfect and very large with everything you need. The added bonus of a mini bar if you like that! Coffee and Bar area is really nice and relaxing just over the road from a fab bar and restaurant

It is a little out of the way so quiet later at night. Access after 10pm is via a coach house door opening so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, we got back before 10 so this wasn't an issue but may be good to advise of this if it isn't mentioned already. Not suitable for wheelchair users sadly but still a great space for those who can navigate the door at night

The breakfast was really tasty and extensive given the fact it is complimentary. Room interior and bed was very homely and relaxing, access to Netflix, great shower with nice toiletries etc. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance within 5 mins of city centre, Christmas markets etc. Staff also arranged a birthday display of balloons and macaroons for me prior to arrival!

Nothing!

The whole experience was great. I had queries in advance and the staff handled them promptly, constructively and professionally. The hotel is easy to find, and easy to access. From the view from across the street, all the way through into reception, the common areas and into the room, everything is beautifully designed and decorated, as well as super clean and in good order. The room we were in is spacious enough, well decorated and very comfortable. The little nuances, like a vintage style radio playing light classics as we came in, are a nice accent to a luxury experience. The bearing of the staff matches the high quality offering of this lovely little hotel.

Gorgeous room, perfect location. So many lovely little touches including classic FM playing on the radio on entering the room. Loved the courtyard area - super chill. Only stayed a night but would have liked to have stayed longer.

We were in the ground floor, street facing room. It was incredibly warm but due to being street-side couldn’t really open the windows. The fan was ok but not great. Also there was an intermittent noise overnight (boiler?) which would be annoying at times for light sleepers - however I reported this in the morning and reception staff were getting maintenance person to look at it straight away and they gave us complimentary barista coffees to apologise. Can’t say fairer than that!

This was such a surprise find! Upon first look, it doesn't appear like much. However, the room had such elevated elements to it (skylight w/ retractable blinds, soaking tub, high-end toiletries). The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully decorated, large, and functional. I thought it was such a nice touch that they pre-heated the towels for you upon arrival! The common space's coffee/cocktail bar is small and limited but they do a lot with a little. The drinks we had here were delicious. The breakfast basket was nicely put together, although only pastries & yogurt. The location was a short walk to both the Baths and the Circus, which makes it great for site-seeing.

We stayed here on a long trip throughout the UK and stayed at 7 different hotels/BNB's. This was our favorite. Every detail was thought-out and the team was so nice.

The Yard in Bath Hotel is the nicest boutique hotel I've stayed in. I was only there for one night but it had everything you'd want in a hotel - big, clean and comfortable bed, great shower, good mini bar and a lovely breakfast that is delivered straight to your door. They'd thought of everything so even though there wasn't a gym or a spa, they'd arranged partnerships with local businesses so you could access their facilities. They don't do evening meals but I enjoyed a gorgeous cheese plate and glass of wine which was perfect. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was wonderful.

So many things to love about The Yard, very pretty courtyard and bar, well designed bedrooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and handy location. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My room had been 'painted' that day and the fumes in the room meant that I had to move hotel for one night as no other room was available. I was moved to another very comfortable room the next day. I have since received a refund for that night and the hotel was incredibly apologetic for the inconvenience experienced. Thank you. I travel regularly to Bath and would happily book for future trips and recommended to others.

This is a really superb boutique hotel, offering an individualised and unique stay with some lovely touches. The room was really well done, with a mini bar stocked with British snacks, gin, wine chilled water and fresh milk.. and the room comes with its own nespresso machine and kettle. No buffet breakfast but instead you get a little hamper in the morning hung on the door with a fresh croissant, the best fruit I’ve had in ages, yoghurt, compot, local butter and jam, and homemade granola. And all for such a reasonable price. We will be back!

Nothing at all- this place is the best!

The hotel was lovely. Our room was beautifully decorated in english heritage colours and everything you needed in room. A little on the snug side but fine for our 2 night stay. Lovely old property renovated really well with all modern comforts. Lovely little courtyard area for evening drinks. Staff were so lovely, especially Storm. Fantastic little boutique hotel with the most comfy beds, pillows and big fluffy towels. Highly recommend.

Room was a little on the small side for us but that didnt bother us too much for our 2 night stay.
