The Treetop staff was super accommodating in preparing our rooms at short notice as we were a last minute booking after having Airbnb issues. Nice drinks at the bar and upscale restaurant on site. Our rooms were very clean, cute decor throughout the hotel and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was good near the midevil quarter, was convenient for getting the tram to Heaton Park for Oasis and also was 20 mins to the airport. And Sandra at the reception desk who was fantastic, gave us some great recommendations for dining in the area.

A couple of the amenities–The Nest 360° view bar / lounge and the Flix screening room were not yet opened / available during our stay–but it does seem like the hotel itself has just recently opened. We also could not get the in-room dining (via the Treetop app to work) and the lobby restaurant while conveniently located, had a quite high end menu available for dinner–casual fare (burgers and sandwiches etc.) were only available via room service through the app. They did make an exception since we'd been traveling all day and many nearby options for dinner stop serving food quite early, but at least one option for a bit of casual fare on the dinner menu or bar menu would be ideal.

The hotel is beautifully curated and decorated with lots of personal touches to make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we particularly liked the hotel's child-like, playful 'vision' which we feel was a great success.

There wasn't anything to dislike, however unfortunately the USB data points in our room would not work for our phone charger for the duration of our stay (despite an engineer attending to the problem and letting us know that all was working okay). The Reception staff were very accommodating however and helped us charge our phone behind the desk on a daily basis.

This has to be the best hotel we have stayed in (we’ve stayed in many) as the experience we received was incredible. The hotel is bright, modern and very comfortable throughout. The staff are incredible, every single person was warm, polite and courteous and made us feel welcome. Ian especially was engaging, helpful and always smiling which makes you feel special as a guest. On arrival the check in was facilitated without issue given that it was incredibly busy. The bar and restaurant is a delight, the dining experience was amazing - the food quality, presentation and taste was sensational. Joseph was very attentive to my needs when dining alone and offered recommendations to enhance my experience. The hotel reports to be dog friendly which is why we chose it and wow they really are. The staff could not have been any more engaging with our beautiful puppy and the facilities provided in our room were clean she even received a new toy on arrival which she hasn’t left alone. There is a small park within a short walk which is convenient for toilet needs. We will definitely return and can’t recommend the hotel highly enough.

We would have appreciated a discount code for the car park as was very costly for 5 days.

Staff go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I couldn't fault their polite and friendly approach, and willingness to correct any minor issues that popped up. We will be back

This was a new hotel so there were a few very minor infrastructure / service hiccups that were no fault of the establishment or staff, simply circumstances. Our initial room size was smaller than we were led to expect from the booking description but staff were fast to understand our situation and offer a different room that suited our needs without charge.

An amazing hotel, beautiful on the inside and out. The rooms were lovely and very comfy. We stayed on 20th July as we were seeing Oasis, and the young lad on reception was so nice and helpful getting us checked in in time to catch our bus to Heaton Park. Despite the hotel being full of Oasis fans, we didn't hear any noise or noise from outside. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but if it's anything like the hotel I imagine, it will be lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and you won't be disappointed.

It was a fantastic stay for a birthday weekend away. Staff went above and beyond to make it special. Location was perfect and lovey hotel for it just being open. Would stay again

They have only been open a few months I believe, my only suggestions would be. Instead of those wooden stick in the tool for tea and coffee, to have metal or wooden spoons. They are hard to drain use to drain the coffee and tea bag so break in the cup easy . Toilet brush in the rooms and the air con is controlled central and two of the night it's got very hot in the room and we could not turn the cold air one so it's made it to a bit stuffy to sleep.

Couldn't fault this hotel on anything I think it's probably one of my most memorable stays. Staff were so welcoming,friendly and very helpful if we needed anything, super clean and exceptionally comfortable and went the extra mile for us. The hotel was really quirky and decorated very well and to a very high standard, also have their own scent as you walk into reception which was so good and such a lovely touch. They had a water dispenser with fresh oranges in the lobby that any guest could help themselves with and it was so nice. Location is so central walking distance to a lot of shops and Victoria train station so very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and most definitely will be returning.It was truly an unforgettable stay.

It was incredible! So quirky and unique, every single aspect had been thought through and it was wonderful. There was so much light and space in our room. The staff were fabulous. My wife and I were staying on the way back from our honeymoon. My wife is a wheelchair user and I had damaged my foot, so things were quite difficult for us with 3 suitcases and the chair. They helped us every step of the way, including moving our luggage to and from our room, making sure we had the accessible room and, in their words, “anything else at all that you need for accessibility”, and they even checked over my foot for me whilst we were waiting for the taxi (that they had called for us) to the station.

Nothing! There are major roadworks behind the property at the moment so it was a little difficult to get to the door of the hotel due to needing lowered kerbs for the wheelchair - but this is not Treehouse’s fault, nor their problem, and did not put any kind of dampener on our stay at all.

Bar very well stocked, food great, all staff super friendly and attentive. Decor, furnishings and overall ambiance are amazing. Everything you need is in the room and location is perfect

No black out curtains/blinds in rooms which, makes it difficult to sleep once sun comes up at 5am. This also affects the temperature of the room, which was a bit too warm, despite having air con on. Biggest issue was getting to the hotel in a car, as there are multiple roads closures which Google maps didn't redirect around. I had to phone the hotel and was helpfully guided in via cross street/market street, by the receptionist. Other than these points it's a lovely hotel and I enjoyed the stay.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room, which felt a little small, was very comfortable and cozy. The bar staff were great and chatty. Location was great too.

The rooms /floors are only accessible by the lifts. Staircases are for staff use only, which is a hinderance to any guests, like my wife, who never uses a lift. The staff were happy to escort her using the stairs, and moved us to a 1st floor room to ease the travel! However, it does feel an incredible inconvenience if you have to ask for a staff member to escort you each time you want to leave your room!! Also, lots of cushions on the bed, but nowhere other that a small chair to balance/store them on.
