The design of the hotel is beautiful. The shared breakfast table. The excellent choice for breakfast. The tranquility of the place.

The choice of pillows and blankets is a bit disappointing considering that everything else is premium and very design. They are unfortunately filled with plastic - it would be much appreciated if at this standard it could use natural materials like duvet or down, which also happen to be more confortable. A minor detail, but with great impact for the quality of sleep.

The whole vibe is minimalist luxury (which sounds contradictory but works at the Warszauer). Quality materials throughout, small but nice design touches - quality fabrics, furniture, even toiletries by Diptyque. Someone has put a lot of thought into this hotel. Breakfast was great - cooked to order from an a la carte menu and both tasty and decent proportions. The hotel always had free cake to nibble on at all hours, and a decent selection of Pukka teas too. Plus reception staff are both super efficient and very friendly. We were made to feel welcome! I will make this my go-to hotel in Krakow from now on.

Nothing really! If I'm nit-picking, there wasn't a huge amount of privacy between the shower/toilet room and the bedroom. But all in all it was a great hotel.

Super comfortable, felt like I was staying in someone’s home. Staff were really friendly. Location was amazing with lots of bars, street food and coffee shops literally round the corner. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, stand out in the room was the shower!! Breakfast was great and is cooked to order.

it’s actually in the Jewish Quarter, not the old town, which is also lovely but about a 20 minute walk to the market square. This didn’t really matter except that it’s advertised as being in the old town.

A stunning hotel with innovative and chic design. Clean and comfortable, staff were great and helpful. Breakfast fresh and good quality. Modern and youthful chill vibe which suited me perfectly. Location was 10/10 and so close within walking distance to loads of awesome bars and restaurants.

Beautiful boutique hotel ideally located in the bustling Jewish quarter with the old town only a 10 minute tram or 20 minute walk away. The interior design of our was so chic. Breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. I have already recommended it to friends and would stay there again.

Small point but the key card system to switch off electricity includes the fridge in the room.

The design, cleanliness, stagg, amazing breakfast, great toiletries. It’s a real boutique hotel and so so stylish. The area was very different from the old town and it’s a little bit of a walk but I liked it because it made you explore krakow more and see another part. We had dinner one night in the area and it was great with a great and less touristy ambience which we never would have experienced of the hotel was located in old town.

The only thing were the beds- everything else was really top notch quality while the bed was a bit hard and the sheets not the same luxury feel. I think it would need some satin in or higher threadcount. Change cake every day although it’s such a cute extra. There were no conditioner. This is all very small things and the hotel exceeded the overall expectations and was excellent value for money. If you wanted to improve furtherly a turn down service would be nice although it would be reasonable to raise the price then.

First of all: the location! perfectly located in the Jewish quarter you can reach lots of restaurants and bars within minutes. Walking distance to the city center is also very good! We loved the breakfast. It was always freshly made, service was kind and friendly and the atmosphere around the big table was amazing. Also the amenities were fantastic!!

All of the following aren’t big things, but a litter in the room would be great as well as a safe. Mini fridge wasn’t there - not to bad, but nice to have.

First and very important, all the staff were excellent, always polite and very helpful! The location of the hotel is also excellent, as it is located in the most lively neighborhood but in a very quiet street.The room was very clean, spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures! Breakfast was freshly served every morning (a la carte) , being able to choose, as much as you like, from 6-7 dishes (which is perfect if you stay for a few days but after the fourth day it can become a bit boring). All in all, I would totally recommend it and most likely choose it again if I find myself in beautiful Krakow.
