The property was clean, beds were comfortable. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast is good but there is a set menu and they bring a different breakfast each day out to you. Some were excellent some just ok but always farm to table fresh.

The only air conditioned space is your room. The breakfast room and other seating areas are outdoors under cover but very warm on hot days. There is a school right next door that can be loud at times. It’s location is on a narrow side street, pictures make it appear that it’s on an open street there is a fenced parking lot in front that you can walk thru to get on a main road, if you schedule any tours you will have to walk to the street for pick up, not a big deal but you should know this. Great for a short stay we stayed for 5 and it felt a little small for that length of stay. No restaurant or bar on site only breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located, right in the middle of the Chiang Mai "square." Most places are within walking distance (within 20 minutes of walking or a 5-minute car ride). The room was perfect for our family of 5 - two bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room. All of us had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The room was very clean. Being on the top floor, it was easy to enjoy the rooftop patio, which has nice view of the city and the mountains. The included breakfast meals were delicious and fresh! Main course, sides of soup, salad, fruits, yogurt, coffee and toasts - every day that we were there! More importantly, staff is very friendly, helpful, polite and caring. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

This a very minor one. The front of the hotel is accessible from a small road. Large vehicles (e.g., full-size vans) will not be able to get to the front. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel that drivers may or may not know to use, just let the driver know. However, even if you have to walk on that small road, it is less than 100 ft.

Nine Hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, airy, and instantly feels like home. Everything was spotless. They provided complimentary water bottles and amenities that made the stay extra comfortable and let you use their bicycles to get around for free. What truly sets this place apart is the staff: genuinely kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating from check-in to check-out. Before my stay, I mentioned my dietary restrictions, and they went above and beyond. They served beautifully prepared breakfasts tailored just for me, like tofu rice paper rolls, miso soup, avocado toast, and fresh salads. You can see the amount of effort and thought put into everything. I left the breakfast table full, happy, and deeply impressed every single day. To top it all off, there’s a peaceful rooftop with views of the mountains which is a perfect place to unwind. The location is also really good, on google it looks a bit sketchy, but when you actually walk there there are so many cafes, hotels, coffee spots and stores only short distances away. It is easy to get around everywhere. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Everything was perfect! There is a school nearby with some noises, but it's not bad at all, just little morning sounds.

The personal is so incredibly kind, generous and helpful at all times. You will always be greeted with a smil and the question if there's anything they can do for you. The rooms are cosy and super clean, aswell as equipped with everything you need. Huge shower, and aircondition works really well The location is perfect, 4min walk to the main street, another 5min walk to the main road leading to everywhere you want, already surrounded my markets and amounts of restaurants and coffee shops. The Sunday market located right by the hotel, is amazing, colourful and has everything you might want. I definitely recommend this place, and their beautiful and kind staff!!! Thank you all again, it was a perfect stay. I'll definitely be back

There's really nothing coming to mind

Everything! We travel a lot and stay in different hotels and we both said today that it was the best customer service we have ever experienced. The staff could not have done more for us. From the second we arrived, we were greeted with big smiles and a lovely lady called Jen asked my son to play in the playroom and she played jenga with him while we checked in. She then heard we wanted to do Thai boxing so she grabbed the umbrellas and walked us to the nearest place, spoke with the man on our behalf and arranged it. She then pointed us in the direction of nice food and took us to the roof top bar to show us how to get to the nearest temple. She was so friendly and so helpful and we were so grateful to have her there to help us. Every staff member was incredibly kind and friendly!

We loved EVERYTHING. There is a school next to the hotel and we got to wake up to the school children singing. It was wonderful!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a TV in our room which was equipped with Netflix and YouTube. I recommend breakfast at the hotel. It changes each day, is yummy and is very filling. Not only is the property well kept, the staff is exceptional. Everyone was so helpful, kind and happy to share their culture. Nine Hotel made our first experience in Chiang Mai lovely! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The room we had was great, but the space was a little tight. Not that big of a deal for us though.

We had the most incredible stay at this magical hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I had requested a surprise cake for my husband's special occasion, and they not only delivered but made it even more special than I could have imagined. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. A special mention to Rada—she is truly the star of this hotel! Her kindness, warmth, and constant happiness made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always ready to help with a big smile, making us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. If you're looking for a hotel where you feel valued and cared for, this is the place to be.

Nothing, everything was amazing

Great boutique hotel. Comfortable, pleasant, and clean. Good shower. Big TV. Good curtains for anyone who wants to sleep in late. Cool pool! The staff is great and doing everything to help you – they helped with everything I asked for, including changing room and a late check-out.

It’s not a bad thing, just to know: Breakfast has a different menu for each day - not a buffet or menu (I didn’t buy in advance and decided every day ahed) The room isn’t very big if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, but it didn’t bother me at all.

Nine hotel was excellent. Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful, cool (temperature) pool. It sits a bit off of the street, so can be tricky to access by car, but possible nonetheless with a large parking lot available. Important to note how great the staff was: our car broke down close to Doi Inthanon and we weren’t going to make it back to Chiang Mai in time to pick up our laundry before leaving the next morning around 6:30. We called the hotel and the woman working went to pick up our laundry for us. Just incredible service that saved us a lot of stress!

We had such a an amazing time at hotel Nine Chiang Mai. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The facilities were extremely well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located inside the old city and was very easy to get around. We would highly recommend this place.
