My husband was disabled and very sick, the accessibility of the main reception / restaurant, bedroom and shower was fantastic. It is near impossible to go away for the night, and as such I think this was the first night away we had in years. He also passed three weeks later, so this short stay will hold the most beautiful memories in my heart forever.

Do not stay on a Monday night!! Unfortunately everything was closed, restaurant, bar, main building were all shut. (This may change in summer months.) From 7pm, I felt very isolated and a little scared a times, no sound at all - even from the animals, and limited outside lighting around the grounds. The resort has strong locked gates, but still wasn't helpful when you are on your own (my husband could not walk and was asleep). Reminder to all this is a golf resort, suggest travelling somewhere else for breakfast.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Lovely decor. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful relaxing setting, super close walk to restaurant for dinner. View out to the golf course was lovely. The food was delicious (amazing!) at both dinner and breakfast. Short drive into town and shops. Can walk to beach from here. We loved this place and will be back!

Unfortunately an alarm went off somewhere in a nearby building (reception /restaurant ?) at 5.30am for quite awhile. This woke us up early on our first child free night in years. We were hoping for a relaxing sleep in so this was a bit disappointing as we were then awake for the day. This was a one off and just unlucky timing for us.

Room very spacious with views of the first hole. The coffees and grab n go options were fantastic and it was nice to have a drink in the afternoon in the bar. All staff were amazing.

We wanted to dine for dinner Thursday night but found out restaurant wasn’t open and bar only open until 6pm so we had to order uber eats which wasn’t the end of the world!

This place was amazing. Amazing scenery. Fantastic location. Comfortable & modern. All the bells and whistles including a covered outdoor foyer to leave your rain jackets and umbrellas. Large, stylish decorated rooms. Beautiful outdoor area, fantastic for kids. Fell asleep listening the waves of 13th beach. The breakfast included was one of the best I’ve had. Staff were absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t fault one thing. I can’t wait to come back

I couldn’t fault one single thing. I don’t think I can say that about too many other places. That’s when you know it’s good.

The tranquil surroundings and friendly staff. A very big thank you to Donna on reception who made us feel very welcome.

I found the spacious room a little bit sparse. A 2 seater sofa or additional comfortable chair in the room would be ideal particularly for couples staying

The facilities and location was perfect . Only 10 to 15 mins to closest town Barwon heads . Well maintained property and the staff was amazing , friendly and informative.

We stayed in the double/ twin room and would have liked if there was at least either a toaster or microwave . Apart from that loved everything about it .

The staff were fantastic as always. We had a great stay and looking forward to coming back.

Our lodge wasn't very clean which was a bit disappointing. The shower had lots of mould and there were lots of dead insects everywhere which we thought the cleaning team should have easily seen to clean as we saw them as soon as we checked in.

The lodge (9) was clean and spacious. Great environment to relax in. The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful

Food! Both our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant were well below in average. My spouse Caesar salad was the worse she has ever had. Poor taste, chicken like cardboard,eggs in very hard and dry, dressing inexistent. My steak was average at best. Breakfast was below par as well and we waited a good 30 MNS before even getting our cup of coffee. Not acceptable for a such a high profile venue. Will return for a stay but will certainly avoid the in restaurant. I almost forgot... The four pillow on offer were exactly the same. So hard we both slept without pillow. Please provide soft pillows!

Private, great outdoor spaces, amazing sized rooms can easily fit in a porta cot with room to still move if needed. Loved the inclusion of breakfast. The bathroom was great!

The kitchen area was stocked with plates and cutlerly but no cooking facilities. Found that odd. There was a pod coffee machine that hadn't been cleaned properly from the last stay and still had a pod in it. Shower tiles need a good scrub as the grout is looking mouldy. Seems it's just wiped over and not given a good scrub as often as it's needed.

Great outlook over the green golf course. Spacious room with 2 single comfy beds. Coffee machine was nice. Breakfast was included and very delicious served in the restaurant. 15 min walk to 13th beach which had Lifesavers present. Short 5 min drive to Barwon Heads for pub and cafes and river/ beach. So so quiet. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. A suggestion is to have some biscuits (with the coffee.) Victorian made....Kookas country cookies would be a winner.
