Good location a few kilometres out of Montepulciano on the road to Pienza. Friendly and accommodating staff who immediately addressed any issues. Lovely views of Montepulciano from the breakfast terrace

The breakfast was slight,y disappointing for an agriturismo. Although it was quite adequate we had anticipated some/ more homemade products The forest apartments are only a few hundred metres level walk from the main complex and we’re adequately equipped, but there is not a lot of outdoor space to enjoy alfresco meals P

The rural location very near Montepulciano, beautiful scenery, quiet, very nice country Tuscany feeling. Rooms and living spaces were very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated for a great agritourism experience. Many activities nearby; wineries, olives, beautiful small medieval towns, narrow winding roads-open clean air no traffic noise or ham. Loved the experience. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, available when needed and almost feel like visiting friends. The facilities are conveniently private.

The shower was too small and difficult to navigate while taking a shower; a 200 + lbs. and 6-foot-tall person would have a bigger challenging to fit and use the shower. You need a rental car or a motorcycle to enjoy the location experience. I didn't see microbuses or taxis in the area, but I didn't need them. Think of going to a beautiful distant farm in the countryside with all modern room facilities. Excellent opportunities to walk, hike and explore places in the Tuscany region.

The location was amazing, pool and outdoor facilities were great, everything was clean, and the kitchen had plenty of amenities. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

It felt like the owners were a bit overprotective about how we used the space, the breakfast options were limited, and the gym was very basic and outdated.

Beautiful setting on a olive orchard next to a vineyard. The hosts are very friendly. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean.

There are no screens on the windows. If you leave the windows open for fresh air, you will get a lot of bugs. I left the window open at night and found various small Beatles, crawling on my phone, on the curtains, and through out the room.

Beautiful, quiet location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed having seperate beds. The staff were helpful and breakfast was great (we've stayed in apartments all over Italy and this was the only one with breakfast). We had a car and the drive to Montepulciano or Pienza was very easy and close. Views are incredible.

The pictures make this agriturismo look like a massive, fancy operation, when in reality it is cozy, quaint, beautiful, peaceful, and homey. The operator and his family were kind and attentive, the breakfast was wonderful (with an amazing view), the room was lovely, and the pool was an oasis to relax by during the hot hours of the day. After staying in a couple of these types of establishments in Tuscany, I cannot advocate enough for staying in a beautiful place outside of the hilltowns, then exploring them in the evening after the hordes have left. It was a perfect, relaxing few days. I had the same thought over and over - this would be a perfect place to honeymoon!

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful farmhouse whilst visiting Tuscany. It was wonderful to wake up every morning and have amazing views of Montepulciano from our kitchen window. It is located in quiet and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed walking around the vineyard in the mornings then returning to the pool for a swim in the afternoons. It’s only a short drive from nearby villages and wineries. Ivan was a great host and very helpful when we had queries. Highly recommend to anyone.

The breakfast terrace had superb views over the countryside with Montepulciano in the distance. The breakfast was all that one could ask for. The owner and his wife and team were very welcoming and helpful. The appartment we were given had excellent rooms and was well equiped including a kitchen. The location was good for exploring other towns in the region.

The fairly new house where our rooms were situated was in the woods with no views. From the description we were expecting views over the countryside. This was a disappointment.

Beautiful location, close by Pienza and Montepulciano and also to the “panorama il Gladiatore” :) Peaceful, relaxing, green, refreshing and stunning place. We were only two nights but it should have been at least a week! Recommend to all nature lovers, but also people who just want to experience something else than a hotel / house in the city walls.

The view from the lobby terrace is incredible. The apartments both had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The screens kept the bugs out, but the apartment nice and cool, even without air conditioning. The pool is a great space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The host's communication was clear and helpful.

The distance from our accommodation to the pool and lobby was far, which we were informed about in advance. The hot water didn't work on the day of checkout in one of the apartments.
