The apartment is very centrally located. The proximity to the main attractions, and restaurants and cafes was fabulous. Modern and renovated apartment with good security. Loved having Netflix Premium to upwind at night after a day of exploration. The owner, Alex, is very hospitable and keeps checking in. Instructions for arrival were very clear. I would highly recommend this Apartment to you.

I liked everything about this apartment , however, to really make this a 10+ property some additional extras like a hair dryer and drying rack would be awesome.

Great location, easy walking distance into the town centre. Parking included, which was a big bonus. The flat has everything you need to use it as a base to explore Chester, North Wales, and Liverpool.

The drain in the tub/shower is extremely slow to drain and needs to be unclogged. The house book contains misleading information which creates the impression that you need to pay separately for parking through Tap2Pay. We initially followed the instructions and paid nearly £20 to park for our 3 day visit, but then we checked with our host who confirmed that parking was included in our booking. I contacted Tap2Pay and explained the situation, and fortunately they were very obliging in providing an immediate refund. If in doubt, check with the host as to whether your parking is included.

Great location (especially as the Races were on), very clean apartment, comfortable bed, very quiet. Easy to access once I'd got into the main building. Very close to the city walls, where I love to walk, and to some great cafes, bars and restaurants.

The code to get in to the building had changed so had to wait outside; the apartment was unexpectedly in the basement; there were tiny windows high up that required me to stand on furniture on tiptoe to open. My advice to anyone booking is not to book apartments 1-6 because they are all below street level (I was in 2).

Perfect location. Very comfy beds. Good facilities and good WiFi.

The first was the shower. After using it the plug hole spewed back up a load of food and muck which we had to clean away. The second, the toilet was having issues flushing and on several occasions we had to take the lid off the back and wiggle it about so it filled back up with water. Also when sleeping in the main bedroom the boiler is very loud and bangs throughout the night causing us not to sleep very well. We also didn’t know how to get the radiators to work and was very chilly. The spare duvet had marks on as if it hadn’t been cleaned and the sofa wasnt the cleanest

Beautiful apartment and convenient located as always. Great host! Easy to get food, travel and shop nearby, deliveroo accesible etc! Great for both work trips and vacation stays!

First night was perfect but second night for some reason could hear someone upstairs all night sounded like they were stomping around. Was very disruptive for a weekday evening, was thankfully okay in the bedroom though when I went to sleep. Busy city so always will be loud unfortunately in certain times.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, a great shower, particularly the rainfall shower. The apartment is well furnished with a very comfy sofa. It was great to have off-street parking. It was also lovely to have clean towels, shampoo, and shower gel provided. Thank you.

The tap in the kitchen constantly dripped, which was very annoying. The front door lock is loose, so it didn't make for easy access. Personally, for us, the beds were too soft, resulting in minor back aches in the morning. The flat was also incredibly warm despite having the windows open and possibly because it is on the LG floor. This made it uncomfortable for sleeping. So maybe air conditioning would be worth considering.

Beautiful property this was my 4th time of staying here although I was in apartment 6 before but on this occasion I stayed in apartment 2 the only disadvantage was because it was down on lower ground like basement the windows were very high which made it difficult for me to open without standing on a chair but everything is was ok and I will keep returning

Great location, right next to the city gate and there's a supermarket and a pub nearby. Good communication from the excellent host and the apartment is modern, had everything I needed, including fans in both rooms.

Sofa not very comfortable nor clean. Basement flat has stuffy air (need to be good at climbing to open windows).

Very easy to find. Check in instructions easy to follow. Was in the basement and there was a lift to take you down. Had everything I required even a bath which was heaven after running Chester Marathon. It's a very short walk to the top of the hill where turning left takes you to a Tesco Express or right into the main shopping area. Also a Witherspoon less than a minute away too.

Not too much to gripe about. Only thing that was missing was a tea towel to do drying up, I know there was a dishwasher but I only used a plate and a glass and cup so was not worth wasting energy on the dishwasher so I used the sink. It was Unseasonably warm on this weekend in October and being in the basement meant the windows were at ceiling level and no real way to open them for some air flow. It was also hard to open the blinds for the same reason. Saturday night in the wee late hours it also got a little noisy outside with the revellers but that is not the fault of the property.

This was a lovely little flat, so close to the shops and restaurants, very happy with the location, would recommend

Unfortunately we were unable to make the heating come on and it was rather cold when you came in in the evening. The instructions were unhelpful and no-one replied to the phone call I made to ask for instructions. Such a shame We couldn't find the hairdryer which was on the list of items available for use and sadly only one bowl in the cupboard, just things you could easily rectify for the next people
