Brilliant location. Lovely little apartment - very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable stay. Really good value for money.

We struggled with carrying bags from the car from the nearest 24 hour car park. The closest we found was a 10 minute walk for £10 which wasn’t bad at all. Just something to bare in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location. Felt safe. Warm and cosy, nicely presented. Modern decoration and clean. Host responded well to messages. I parked in the car park at the end of Cuppin Street which I found reasonably priced considering the central location.

Nothing. The property was great. Don’t get confused if you book 14-16 Grosvenor Street and then receive directions for 1 Cuppin Street. It’s the same building (back and front), on different streets. You access it from Cuppin Street. I queried with host and they explained it before I arrived.

Fantastic location, perfect for popping to shops and returning to drop bags off.

The shower was a nightmare to work out, boiling or freezing, you had to let it run for ages before using it. One side of the bed was fine the other had a groove in it, I assume it was a bed settee, not the best. No bedside table on one side of the bed, quite frustrating as couldn't put my phone or glass of water on there. The two chairs and small table was not a place you could relax, I would suggest a small 2 seater sofa and a skinny breakfast table with 2 folding chairs instead. But as a whole, the shower was the most annoying, the rest are just niggles.

The location of the property was perfect! It was right in the centre! The size of the apartment is good for 4 people, especially for only a couple of nights! It was clean, the host was very helpful and accommodating and netflix/bbc were signed into the TV which was a nice addition.

The sofa bed was pretty hard to get out and one of the supports on it seemed to have snapped. The pillow (singular! could do with some more as had to use the ones off the other bed!) and duvet had stains on them, was okay after putting bedding on but it is still a little off putting! Very random little detail too haha but a hook on the back of the door would be perfect for hanging towels/dressing gowns up etc!

I liked the fact that I didn't meet anyone during the check in and check out, I could get in by myself. The place was good and looked nice. The bed was comfortable and there were two nice chairs.

It was very difficult to get inside for the first time. It took me some time to realize how to open the door, some instruction would be useful. I had problem with the first door (where you have to put the code and then you have to turn that left and I tried to turn that right) and the second door (I didn't realize that the keys are in the lock box, I expected the door to be open after I type the code). Having the phone number to the host would be helpful in that situation, unfortunately I didn't do that. The fact that people can't stay over the night is not ideal too.

The apartment is absolutely lovely, well presented, comfortable and spacious. Perfect location too!

Making breakfast was a bit problematic. The kettle was faulty and tripped the electric off in the kitchen so we were unable to use the oven/grill to cook our bacon. We couldn’t locate the fuse box to get it back on. And as it was a Sunday we couldn’t get a response to get help. Our next problem was that the hob is an induction hob so needs special pans to work and only 2 of the pans in the cupboard worked so we had to cook one person’s breakfast at a time.

The location was perfect. The amenities were ace, the beds were fantastically comfortable. The price was spot on !

Of course older apartments will suffer from damp. However, some elbow grease, some bleach and a couple of dehumidifiers would be welcome. There were a couple of places that didn’t quite satisfy will some wet walls. I think a lot of that has to do with people not opening windows to allow any airflow - but an easy fix

Email came the day before, with very easy to understand instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to enter the property. WOW what a beautiful 2bedroom apartment, the kitchen is fabulous

There was only 2 of us so it was fine, but if there were 4people staying I would say the seating in the lounge wasn't big enough just a small sofa, it could do with a chair or maybe a couple of nice big beanbags.

Amazing location; close to the city centre, bars, shops and restaurants. Ideal for people attending the races too as just a 5 min walk to the race course. Modern, little apartment (much smaller than we expected from the photos though! ) . Clean and bright . Easy self check-in and appreciated the 12 noon check out .

Opposite a couple of bars so noisy until they close but that’s to be expected given the location. The front door bangs when other guests can’t be bothered to close the door quietly. There was an annoying beep/ alarm constantly sounding every 5 seconds throughout our stay from the hall way area. I did report it but there wasn’t even an acknowledgment of the problem and nothing was done about it

The location was just minutes from the restaurants, tourist attractions and multi storey car park. A very spacious and superbly decorated and maintained ground floor apartment with its own front door and a fantastic digital access lock, we felt very safe and secure during our two day visit. Lovely furniture and a very comfortable bed with fresh bedding and calm sleeping space. Small but very functional bathroom, again clean and modern. Particularly effective were the electric wall heaters which were fantastic. All the usual kitchen amenities were to hand, and the layout had been very carefully planned. The support given by the estate management team was excellent, and they were always available. We enjoyed it so much that we are rebooking for next February for three days. An exceptional apartment.
