We come every year and love your hotel . The location is perfect , and the rooms are lovely !

This is the only criticism I have - The kettle , cups and condiments tray was not clean , thick layer of dust over everything , even the kettle , and fluff on the tray along with dirty dusty drip stains . The coffee making area had certainly not been used or cleaned for a while - it wasn’t a problem I wiped over the kettle and washed the cups . Everything else was fine

Everything was great.

My room was comfortable and served my needs very well for my stay. A nice refuge from the business of the conference. I was grateful for the breakfast option, too! It was very convenient to be able to have breakfast in the hotel in the morning before heading over the conference venue. Was also thankful to stow my bag at the hotel the morning I checked out and keep it there some time the last day of the conference, it's always such a help.

Oh, I think the poor staff running the breakfast might have benefitted from one or two extra people. They were having challenges keeping up with clearing tables and seating people as the line got longer after 7:30/8:00 AM. Seemed pretty chill before 7:30, of course. Only sorry I didn't get around to trying an elderberry spritz!

The Hotel was in Kings Dock and near all restaurants and attractions on the docks . The bar and restaurant area was very spacious . We used the Kings Docks secure car park and with hotel discount was £18 per day . There is a drop off point at the hotel so one of us stayed with the luggage and checked in and The car park was only 10 mins walk away . The hotel reception staff were welcoming and friendly as were the cleaning staff we encountered on our stay . The room was very clean and a good size with a double and a single bed . We had gone for the football at the new Everton stadium which was a half an hours walk away in the more undeveloped part of the docks, the stadium was amazing .

Staff on reception were very friendly and professional, quick check in and clear directions up to our room. Room was clean and tidy with an option of a "posh" coffee! Bathroom was clean and towels available. Bed was very comfortable and once we had established which light switches were for which lights we were off to sleep! Restaurant was nice, although we had a grumpy floor person (mornings are not for everyone!) show us to our table. We had to find our own way around as it wasn't clearly sign posted where all the different options were. Housekeeping were very friendly when we returned to our room to pack up.

As we were there for a convention, there was no option for baggage storage like other hotels in the area. This was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was ok, not much option for takeaway and I was told that they weren't allowed to give out takeaway boxes

very clean comfortable and spacious. the food was very nice and the cleaners were always working away non stop and were happy to give us extra towels when we needed them. it was also a very nice location and close to everything like shops and bars

the rooms weren’t very ventilated amd was incredibly stuffy. the lights were very dim so was hard to see when doing makeup and such but other than that very good value for money. some of the staff could have been a little nicer when we were asking questions but most were friendly enough

Our room was great with a very comfortable bed and a great view of the 'wheel'. The staff and the hotel in general was great and very much enjoyed our stay there.

We did find breakfast a bit chaotic, they couldn't quite cope with the amount of people so there were queues to get into breakfast, though admittedly we didn't have to wait long. The demand on the buffet was huge so there very a number of times things ran out. Overall, good breakfast though. I did find the reception, bar area and breakfast room very loud and echoey, because they are all hard surfaces, some soft surfaces, furnishings to take the edge of the noise would be a great addition.

We have stayed before a few years ago and are from the city, we stayed due to the proximity to the arena but it has become one of my favourite hotels in the city. Staff were very helpful, our room was beautiful. We ordered food from the bar and where able to have it delivered up to the room. The close proximity to the city is wonderful to run in and out of town. And the peacefulness of waking up facing the water was very calming. I had accidentally locked myself out of the room but the staff at reception were very helpful and helped me very quickly. If you are from the city or visiting even for the smallest time I highly recommend.

Nothing really just be aware that if you are staying in the hotel for a concert the room service food is limited after 9.30pm. There are still options for a late night nibble but its not the full menu, worth getting food before hand rather than when you get back at half 10.

Beds and bedding were very comfortable and it was great to have an extra 3rd bed and not a sofa bed. Good powerful shower. Amazing view of the river and wheel. Nice thick towels enough for all of us. Breakfast was excellent with good cooked and continental choices, friendly efficient breakfast staff. Would stay again.

They wouldn’t allow me to change the date to 1 day even out of good will as booking.com changed my dates in error. I know it was a non refundable booking but it didn’t say non amendable on booking.com. I also requested in advance not 4th floor and that’s what they gave us. The receptionist did change it for us. Decor was a bit tired. There is a door adjoining to the room next door. It was locked, however it meant the wall wasn’t as sound proofed, you could hear their conversations.

Only had a room, which was clean and tidy. There was bottle's of water, tea and coffee with plenty of milk and sugar available at no extra charge in the room. Smart TV if you wanted to watch anything and hair dryer, iron and iron board readily available. Staff lovely and friendly. Bar near reception if you wanted any alcoholic drinks etc.

Lighting in the room was very dim, one of the lamps didnt work and you couldnt easily get to the plug socket due to it being boxed in and behind a shelf. The bathroom was a little on the small side and there was no lace curtain or blinds on the window to stop people looking in from the apartments/flats across the way, you had to close the curtains which made the room even darker when not necessary.
