This is the first time I've given a 10 star rating. The location, price, breakfast service, room cleanliness, everything was great. I'll never forget how all the staff were so accommodating to us who didn't speak English well. This hotel has the best breakfast ever.

Almost perfect, except the shower was a little weak - water is at a premium in Malta so that's understandable.

Staff was great, very helpful in every situation and friendly. Breakfast was really the highlight of our stay, with generous buffet offer + a la card orders - all included in the price. Hotel is close to huge parking lot (again, good thing if you rented a car). Location is in very vibrant part, full of caffes, restaurants and bars, but if you are not into that, inside is cozy and silent. Rooms are modern, new and very clean. Free WIFI available, of course. Rooftop pool is also very nice! We had situation that we forgot some stuff in the hotel and they arranged delivery to the airport; in 20 minutes, we had everything with us. You can have nice rooms and furniture, but human factor is priceless.

Possibilities for improvement - to add plug in the bathroom (at least, we couldn't find it) and there is no pricelist for drinks in the hotel bar.

The power (electricity) in our room went off for a day and it took some time for the issue to be resolved

A beautifully furnished design hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The hotel cooks wonderfully, we enjoyed both breakfast and lunch. The higher floors of the hotel offer an amazing view. The advantage of the hotel is the swimming pool on the roof, where you can cool off and relax on hot days. We have certainly not been here for the last time. Vladimir Czech Republic

Everything was perfect!

The room was really modern beautiful and clean. Nothing to complain. Its close to the restaurants and the night clubs. The staff was really nice and helpful. Even tho the pool was not completed yet, they offered us access to the hilton hotel pool which was really nice. Overall highly recommend.

This Hotel is Beautiful. Lobby and reception area very welcoming with a Gorgeous Decor. The bedroom is large, with gorgeous contempory industrial style and an amazing rain shower. The bathroom mirror lights will help you on getting nice pictures. The staff were all amazing. The 2 concierge guys I've met through my stay were great and very helpful (My apologies as I cant remember any of their names, it as was a youg guy and a tall guy from venezuela) The gym facilities are great. Jacuzy seems very welcoming. The roof top swim pool is nice, but ti was not available to use during my stay. But, Id the opportunity to relax and read my book for couple hours over there. L:ocation would be the donw side of it, as the area seems a little rough. But there're several new properties around, hotels and restaurant that migth bring the area do life in short term. Few restuarant around for food. The Hugo restaurant/pub has the best carbonara pasta I've ever tried in my life. it's around 10 minutes walking distance in the St George area. The Alexandra Hotel in the street behind the hotel, has DJ most of the evening , but the food does not worth the price and ambience. Pirata Resturant around the corner, seems amazing for sea food (Did not have the opportunity to try) Safron Restaurant is next door, for those who loves India Food Front door, a Italian restaurant with around 20 different Pizzas option on its menu 'BellaVia' On my last night I tried the La Matija Resturant. It's small restaurant just on your the corner on the way to the rocky beach. It was the only place I've seen with some traditiona Malatese food on its menu. It was the best meal I'd in my stay in Malta. The bread was amanzing, the aptizers delicius and the food was Gorgeous. Very worthy. Than you very much for the accommodation team to keep my room tidy and beautiful dugint my stay.

Swim pool was not available. Room temperature control. But none of this spoiled my stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel, its new and the friendliness of the staff. They gave us dinner recommendations and the hotel itself is very modern and comfortable. The location was accessible to pretty much everything from an Uber. Which was very easy to get.

House keeping do not come daily. We requested robes and never received them. We had to ask for towel changes and our bins were never emptied during our stay. The location is in St Julian’s, which is a very young crowd, especially at night. The only downside, is anyone can come into the lift and go up to the floors, you don’t have to scan your card, this is a slightly safety concern especially at night when there’s no staff in.

Fitch hotel was perfect in every way. I stayed for a week with my friend and we had the best time. All of the staff were so friendly and offered above and beyond good service. The hotel rooms and decor was lovely. The roof top pool was amazing, with the most comfortable sunbeds. We tried the breakfast and lunch time menu, both were lovely. We found the hotel to be very clean and couldn’t fault it at all.

The hotel is very close to the Paceville nightlife so some of the surroundings were a bit tacky. However, we couldn’t hear any of the partying and we were within walking distance of Sliema and lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

The hotel is brand new, beautifully decorated in a very stylish way. The staff were super helpful and nice. The hotel has a choice of buffet and a la carte breakfast, which was amazing.

Nothing really

It’s a newly constructed building so everything in it was new. Everything felt clean and not too used. The rooftop pool is amazing but it’s small compared to the capacity of the hotel so you have to arrive early if you want to enjoy the sun, the comfortable sun beds and the view. The breakfast is amazing. There’s always a buffet with changing sweets and you have a menu that you can order from free of charge per person if you have the breakfast included. The location is also really good, the closest beach is 10 minutes by walking and if you like the nightlife the party district is one street away. Also there’s a lots of good restaurants and convenient shops nearby.

From time to time there’s a strange sewage smell that comes from the bathroom. We met a silverfish in the shower one time. You can’t fully close the curtains so if you can’t sleep unless it’s totally dark, bring a blindfold
