The staff was super nice, the bed was the best we had all trip and the location was very good. The breakfast was also (like all of our stay) great value for money.

The shower could be a little better and having to get the remote controller for the AC from the reception felt a bit weird to me.

Quadruple room was excellent. Very nicely decorated, clean, and suited our family of 4. 2 bedrooms so Kids had their own space. Air-con was very good and needed as we visited during a heat wave. Breakfast area was great, and we made use of the outdoor seating which was lovely. The breakfast itself didn't specifically cater for vegans but there was plant-based milk, cereals, bread, and fruit on offer so we ate well. The hotel is really well situated for shops and siteseeing.

It's hard to find a negative with this hotel. It would be nice to see a few more vegan specific options on the breakfast I suppose.

Very friendly reception. Family room has actually 2 rooms and both with decent beds. Definitely great family room and also with a little fridge, which is handy with the kids. The location may be a bit at the wrong side of the bridge, but the advantage is that you can easily drive there and it is really not too far to walk. Besides the next door Chinese Restaurant is also really good! We didn't eat breakfast, so i cannot comment on that, but the price of it was fair too.

The matrasses could have been a bit softer, but were decent and better than a sofa bed as we get in most hotels in a family room. It would be nice if the fridge continues to work when you leave the room.

Breakfast was good with lots of food. Also, the room was traditional key type, and the room was spacious enough for a solo trip. There was one very kind receptionist, and his service was wonderful.Overall, the satisfaction was high.

The shower room was very small. Even though I was a little small, I hit my elbows and arms against the wall several times. Also, there were about five stairs at the entrance of the hotel, so it was hard to carry up and down a heavy suitcase by yourself.

It was in a great location. Nothing was too far of a walk! Very ready to park in front to check in. The hotel room was clean and very nice.

Wonderful little hotel and a short distance from the main town. The staff absolutely make the place as they were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with plenty to eat before venturing out on trips. The rooms are spacious and have all you need for an Austrian location and have a Mini-bar if you fancy a quick drink. I asked for the hotel to organise a few local beers for my husbands birthday and they did just that, with a lovely little note when we arrived.

Just a kettle would be lovely, but maybe that’s a UK thing.

We reserved the family suite, and the room size was great. It was basically two rooms that shared a bathroom with one entrance. Breakfast was great, and the staff was great! The location is perfect—a short walk to shopping and great restaurants right across the bridge. We would definitely stay there again. If staying in Salzburg with kids, hit up the Alpine rollercoaster and the Salt Mines. They are really close to each other and fun for all ages. The views from the top of the Alps are amazing. We are used to having ice in all of our drinks, and the staff was very accommodating at the bar to fill up our water bottles. I would leave $5 euros here or there as a thank you, but I don't think it was needed. It was a small token of our appreciation.

Our room we reserved was supposed to have AC. It did have a split unit located in one of the bedrooms but only blew air and was just room temperature. I should have reached out to the front desk, but in Europe, they don't care about AC like we do in the US. Before our trip we purchased a bunch of USB fans on amazon and this is a must if traveling to Europe and don't like to sweat 24x7.

The property is conveniently located: one can reach the city center with just a 10-minute (pleasant) walk, and the main train station is also at walkable distance. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, also speaking very good English. All communications were definitely straightforward. The room was clean and comfortable. Another great plus (at least, in my view) is that the reception is manned 24/24: you do not have to struggle with codes or the like, and someone can always provide assistance when needed. I will definitely consider this hotel for my future Festival trips to Salzburg!

The acoustic isolation was not the best. Nevertheless, considering that the street is quiet and the other guests are assumed to be polite, this is definitely not a major issue :)

The hotel was above our expectations. My brother, his wife and I went. The rooms for 4 people consist of two separate rooms and preserve the individuality. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The location was 15-20 minutes walking distance to the center, maybe even more, but since we like walking and the route we walked was really enjoyable, we liked it very much. If we come again, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was ready ahead of schedule, super nice and professional receptionist helped us get situated and explained the processes in place. Flexibility and willingness to help your customers is remarkable.Very kind staff!

1.Very loud presence of the US tourists traveling in groups, unfortunately. 2. The breakfast tables set for two are very small. The large coffee pots ( thermoses) take about half of that small table. Really there is no room to place your plate of food, coffee cup, silverwear bucket and the large " black" pot of coffee... Please, reconsidering keeping those pots permanently on the tables. Otherwise, you should push two tables together to allow for the comfortable and peaceful breakfast experience. If someone doesn't like American drip they don't need to have that giant pot sitting on the table at all.
