Friendly efficient front desk staff both during check-in and check -our, especially Jean! She knows her job and she does it with Great humor! Also so nice to be able to get a pizza and a drink in the bar once we checked in. The bartender was a perfect personality! The rooms as always, we're clean and comfortable and spacious. It's great to have an extra living area with a couch. We also appreciated being able to use the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Breakfast ended at 9:00. When on vacation, I would have appreciated it being open until 10. Could have used a lamp next to the couch in the living area. The big floor lamp was shining too brightly for those in the bedroom area.

Good location, nice rooms, very comfortable, thankful for the shuttle provided. Was only there a short time, but enjoy our stay.

The only thing I was very disappointed in was when I booked the room I was looking for a hotel that included breakfast. That morning breakfast was not available to us as promised beginning at seven in the morning. We had to leave that morning, so I’m not sure that breakfast was ever set up. At 7:10 the kitchen area was still dark and nothing was happening. According to the person at the counter, he had tried to reach those responsible for breakfast and could never get them. He told us he wasn’t sure that it would be served for quite a while if at all.

The 24 hour shuttle to the airport was the reason I chose this hotel. Other hotels had limited shuttle hours. The breakfast was great with a lot of food choices. We stayed here before and after our trip and both rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

Staff GREAT, corrected charge from bar we did not put on. Close to train station to downtown. Breakfast good, staff did great job for full hotel. Used 2× in last 6 months with 2 adult kids.

Pot hole on drive by manhole could be dangerous. 4 people, towels for 3, lighting not best in room and bathroom. Could use more night stands or tables. Airplane noise in room on 4th floor, also heard people in room next to us, not as bad on 1st floor stayed in Dec.

I appreciated the gluten free muffin for breakfast :) Room was clean, when we asked for towels they were fast in arriving.

The bartender Friday night was friendly and efficient. Which was a contrast to the bartender on Saturday who was just surly and rude.

Beautiful hotel and spacious rooms. Excellent location and value. Very kind staff.

The pool closed right before we got there, due to a heater malfunction. A pool was one of the amenities we selected the hotel for. Free breakfast was also a desired amenity, but they ran out of so many items that my kids ended up eating dry cereal and yogurt. I know I’ve experienced better breakfast at other SpringHill Suites, so this was likely just a rare occurrence. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8am to see if we were still there, which also woke up my kids.

Did not have the breakfast due to early flight in the morning breakfast was at 6am! Room was nice size could check on weather conditions through the night! Bed was comfortable and just right! to my liking!

They should have pre-breakfast items for quick out for early check-out! Things like OJ, Pop Tart and donut! Earlier shuttle! Airport Departure Screen! More power outlets! Popcorn Machine in the Lobby!

The room was spacious, staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean. Great location, we enjoyed watching the planes take off. The rooms were quiet even with being by the airport. Short drive to MOA and right off of 494.

There was not enough light in the room, but we made due. Also, no dresser besides 2 small drawers on the TV stand in the bedroom. The pool is on the smaller side so it's hard to do anything when there's a bunch of people in the pool.

The staff were all great but Miss Jean at the front desk was exceptional! She always met us with a smile, offered assistance and shared a story in her positive, upbeat manner. She gave us a very warm feeling of inclusion, being heard and welcomed!

The distance, although close, was not as close as we imagined to the Mall. We had to adjust some plans due to transportation and timing issues but we made it work. Overall no complaints

The hotel is conveniently located. The MSP airport and Mall of America are nearby. There were great amenities such as complimentary breakfast, swimming pool, elevator, etc. We appreciated the wide variety of breakfast options. The hotel staff were friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. The price for our hotel room was very reasonable. Overall, we will definitely stay again if we visit the Minneapolis / St Paul area.
