The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted and needed. We had had an issue with another place we had booked the night before and he was kind enough to let us arrive before check in so we could be in a nice, clean place. Rooms were so quiet and really handy being next door to food, drinks and coffee at WildBean. Loved it and will stay there again. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic overall experience from arrival to departure. Lovely staff and rooms are very comfortable and well appointed.

If in a back unit you have to walk all the way around to the entry/reception on Fitzherbert to go to the Service Station next to the property. A side/back pedestrian access to the side St would provide quicker and easier access.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel. The location was very nice, making it easier to get around. Very close to the city centre. Very polite and friendly service. The rooms were absolutely delightful- cosy, spacious and very comfortable. We felt right at home!! Really loved the spa bath. Laundry service was available, that was amazing. We will definitely go back 10/10

The stay was wonderful! The entire property was clean and well-maintained, rooms are spacious. Thank you for a free upgrade to room with spa bath and complimentary breakfast. Super happy!! The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. There was also plenty of parking space available. Would definitely come again!

Literally nothing to dislike

Was actually upgraded, and didn't really realise until the morning that there was an upstairs also! Very well appointed. Spa bath excellent (one of the reasons I chose the accommodation). Very nice room

Found the TV choices a bit limited, well less than expected. But that could have been the operator!! Didn't really matter, I only had about a half hour TV 'window'.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, facilities were clean. Since we were using an accessible unit the bathroom had an open showers and plentiful towels were provided. We really liked the number of power points for charging electronics. The showers had great pressure and volume - very good

Heat pump wasn't particularly fast or effective. Bathroom also was cold

Mould in the bathroom area, the rubbish bin was filthy, window seals need replacing and had to ask for a plug to spa bath as the 1 there had a hole in it, surely the cleaner/s should have noticed that, the receptionist had to get 1 from another unit

Room was great had a spa, thought spa would've been bigger more for 2 people but was fine room was big and tidy, beds nice and comfy

There was a weird musty odor in the room not sure if was something damp in the room or from a recent clean, it did disappear eventually with windows and door open

Was a little bit out of town (literally down the road) but was neat, clean and quiet and thats really all you need!

Was a bit of a bizzare layout for 4 people, literally a queen bed in the lounge area of a one bedroom apartment. But really it was all we needed for one night so couldnt complain.

Nice easy access in and out of the motel. Decent parking, large rooms. The spa bath was AWESOME!!!

Unfortunately if you are on the ground floor and have heavy footed people above you, it is very noisey. Not much the motel can do about it but something to be aware of.
