Got the room that I wanted on top floor with pool view the weather was great!The people were nice and I felt safe.

The rooms were nice and clean and I loved it had a balcony.

I didn’t like that parking was $30 a day there. Next time we know to find parking on the street for free.

Went for VillageFest and this place is in the perfect location. Came back from the street fair and did some people watching from my 5th floor balcony. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. For example, when I needed help with my luggage it was the desk clerk that helped me both checking in and checking out.

Didn't like having to drive around the block to get to the parking garage but was easy to find. The hotel is old and dated in some ways but clean. It is a little pricy for what you get but maybe just a Palm Springs thing.

The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was a good size.

The sofa bed was worn, and there were no extra sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. The TVs did not work on Saturday, September 7th. They finally were up and working the next morning. The receptionist on Sunday, September 8th, was not very courteous during checkout.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted enthusiastically by the Concierge to unload our luggage and whilst checking in, Juan, of the Front Desk staff, offered my wife and myself a glass of wine each, that we readily accepted and chatted while we checked in. He did a wonderful job without any issues. The manager Jess was also very courteous & friendly toward us.

It was roughly 100F that day and we thought we would like a swim in the pool to cool down a bit, but the pool water was also quite warm and understandably so due to the Summer weather & temperature. It was great anyway and I understand that is to be expected.

The room had a great big balcony, I think most of the rooms do, either on mountain side or "city" side. Even though ours opened right above bars and restaurants, it was very quiet when we drew the curtains to sleep, and I'm the kind of person who hears everything in the night. In the bathroom there was a timer switch, for the heat lamp directly above the exit to the shower. That was kind of nice. Good hot water and water pressure. The inside of the hotel was aesthetically interesting, with an art gallery along the lobby and places to sit and work if that's what you were there for. It was clean enough, no major issues. Clearly an older building but still dressed up a bit fancy.

The bed was alright, some kind of light pillowtop under the sheets, but like pretty much every hotel out there, they have those super squishy flat pillows that offer zero support. Those pillows are my nemesis. The location is right in the heart of downtown and there's lots of adjacent public parking that had different overnight restrictions -- yet none of that parking seemed to be for this hotel. They wanted a ridiculous $44 per day for valet parking. We just parked around the block and walked.

location ideal. Staff are wonderfully helpful. Room was really dark quiet and clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Good check in process.

I don’t like that They don’t offer on site self parking. They charge $45 per night for valet parking. Not worth it. There is minimal parking on the nearby streets.

Room was great. Staff as well. Having bikes was good too. Location to downtown and the mountains. Breakfast and the dinners were well prepared and tasty. Clean facility and good maid service. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting.

No microwave in room was a big disappointment. If you have a mini fridge you should have a microwave! Lids on coffee cups did not fit right. Staff agreed. My lid came off in the elevator.

The location was excellent! Our room was comfortable and we slept very well.

There were a few plumbing issues- very hard to adjust the hot and cold water. They need to update the plumbing in the bathroom. I had a shower but there was no soap in the soap dispenser. When we checked in we were given an upgrade but weren’t told anything about the facilities or services offered by the hotel such as the pool. The room didn’t have a kettle, although it had teabags, no microwave, just a Keurig.

The room was great, it had a front city view with a back mountain view. The value for the location and room quality was 10/10. Literally walking distance to the casino, bars, and brunch spots. Also after drinking heavily our first night, we found out that we get 2 water bottles a day. Which was a pleasant surprise in our hangover day. The room was large and spacious and exceeded expectations.

Valet parking is pricey. $45 daily
