A pleasant stay as usual. Clean room, comfy bed, good shower, free wi-fi and secure parking. Perfect for an overnight stay either before an am ferry or arriving at night.

When we arrived at 22.30, after travelling on the ferry, the hotel had no reservation for us. They said Booking.com had not made it, despite it showing in my reservation history. Fortunately I had printed the confirmation. Although the hotel was full, the lovely lady on Reception found us a room and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. This is the second time the hotel has been unable to find a booking since their new computer system was installed and a problem they regularly have with Booking.com. I have booked again for the night before our return trip and hope the problems have been resolved (otherwise it could be a night in the ferry port!)

Easily reached from the ferry. Bed linen was excellent quality and extremely clean and comfortable mattress. Good bath towels and shower.

I had booked through booking.com and paid via Zilch as I get a refund on each payment , however when we arrived we couldn’t confirm payment as Zilch is an online service only. Was lucky that we had a debit card with another account. Could have meant nowhere to sleep 💤 and there were 5 children a couple and a grandmother. We should have been made aware of this earlier

Our room was clean and tidy, could have been a bit bigger. It was more than adequate for our needs. The breakfasts were also spot on. Plenty of choice even though they had just dealt with a coach full of youngsters. The dining room. Was cleaned up after the children had left, leaving it quiet and clean. The Staff were also extremely helpful and polite despite our lack of French. Thank you all. Also we were extremely grateful that a disabled parking place was available each day on our return from our travels round the DDay landing beeches & Museums.

Hotel was clean and tidy.

We were inside the Tour de France circular route and couldn’t get to the hotel until late. No problem with that BUT I emailed the hotel in advance for advice and DIDN'T a get a reply. The price was nearly double the normal Premiere Classe hotels for nothing more - only a bang on the head from the overhead bed. We asked for a double room not a 3 person room.

Accommodation was comfortable for price paid, my room was quiet and had Aircon. Easy access from main routes and secure parking. Breakfast was cheap but adequate. No restaurant but there were a small number of surprisingly decent uncomplicated eateries within walking distance.

Difficult to complain as this hotel's business model is aimed at short stay leisure, travelling business reps and en route overnight stays at cheap rates. Definitely not for romantic stays or as a holiday base for families.

This hotel is very convenient for coming and going on the ferry. On this occasion we arrived on the afternoon ferry from Portsmouth. The rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Two towels per person (unusual for a 2*). Lovely hot shower. Staff are friendly and parking is plentiful and secure. Will stay again on our return trip to the UK.

Easy to find, 15-20 minute drive from the ferry port. Plenty if parking and quiet. Breakfast was included which I hadn’t expected and that was fine. Receptionist very helpfully opened up rather than making me use the machine (I arrived around 10.30pm).

It’s cheap and cheerful, nothing wrong with it for an overnight but I wouldn’t want to do a long stay here.

This is our preferred hotel when arriving/leaving France on the ferry. It has everything we need for an overnight stay- comfortable bed, clean linen, free wi-fi , hot water good shower, friendly helpful staff, secure CTV monitored car park. We never stay anywhere else!

We only had breakfast here once (not this time) and would not recommend.

Once we managed to get in, it was OK. We had the last room on the left and it was small, but the beds were comfortable.

We had trouble finding the hotel (no GPS) so we were a bit later than expected. We had a problem getting in as the electronic gate would not work. We contacted the office who could not work the gate either so it was done in the office. The room was very small as it was at the end, and we had quite a lot of clothes (uniforms etc) One day later the shower door (which was already damaged) fell off. when we got back at night they had not repaired it and offered us another room , but we declined as it was very late. Next day there was no Wifi. It was restored the next night.

Easy check in and ample parking available. Spacious room with a decent sized bathroom. Staff at reception were helpful and polite.

Slight smell coming up through the drains in the bathroom. The room itself would have benefitted from a mirror (in addition to the one in the bathroom). However, these were very minor inconveniences and I would happily stay here again.
