Free upgrade to spacious poolside apartment. Excellent location - path to beach at end of road (turn right out reception) and multiple supermarkets less than 5 mins away. Quiet neighbourhood, minimal car noise. Super clean everywhere. Staff were friendly.. Although it says there is no parking we parked next to the apartment block on the road every day without issue (march). The mattress on the bed was a proper decent one which was appreciated. We would go there again.

We (sisters) purposefully booked a twin bed room but we were given a double bed room. There weren't any twins available the day we arrived and they said they hadn't known we wanted separate beds so suggest mentioning in "special comments on booking if you do. Only (minor) irritations: (1) bed had a deep mattress and the sheets were for a thin one so weren't quite big enough and kept coming loose/off (2) no places to recycle rubbish onsite except glass (3) self catering apartment but no chopping board provided and the plates we had weren't the easiest to chop on.

Central location. Close to everything, bar restaurants, strip, shopping centre etc. This is our second stay in 6/7 months, we loved our first stay that much! Very clean and spacious. We stayed in a deluxe studio, very nicely decorated and modern. The pool bar is great for food and drink. The cocktails were beautiful and always served to us with a smile from the waitresses at the bar, great service, even delivering drinks to the pool! Would definitely return for a 3rd stay.

Love everything about the Panorama, the staff are so friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you, Nereya is wonderful on reception, on arrival always has a big beach towel for me for the sun lounger. Such a beautiful lady. The cleanliness, very regular towel changes. The peace and quiet all day long by the pool. The list is endless. But i miss Mike & Orla from the restaurant bar, as their food was exceptional, but found them in their own place called Flamingo near the Fariones Hotel.

Maybe some air con.. some new umbrellas for pool area, and some new showers, but I think it may be going under some changes, I was listening to a conversation yesterday with a few people in lol. Watch this space.......

This hotel is such value for money. The room was clean, and the pool area had plenty of sunbeds with a very relaxed atmosphere. Also the staff were very accommodating and checked us in early.

No real negatives for me. Will definitely stop again next year.

These are lovely adult only apartments. We stayed in a deluxe pool facing room No 211. The room was spacious, loads of wardrobe space, bathroom had a shower and was big, also had a hairdryer. The kitchen had a two ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge. The bed was lovely and comfortable, pillows a bit hard. Lovely size balcony with a table and two chairs, and a hanging rack to dry clothes, pool facing room is a must, other rooms are facing roads. There is a restaurant on site that serves a great choice of food and drinks. Loads of sun loungers, with umbrellas and the pool is lovely and kept spotless, the whole apartment block is very clean and tidy, the staff work really hard to keep it clean and looking nice. The location is ideal 10 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. But there are hills, downhill is fine, but uphill can be a bit of a challenge for someone who has a problem walking, or is in a wheelchair. The only downfall with this place is there is no aircon in the rooms just one ceiling fan, and no laundry to wash and dry clothes, but with that said we will most definitely be returning.

There was really nothing we did not Like.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. On arrival it was my Friends Birthday 🎂 and we were presented with a Bottle of Cava with a personalised Message wrapped around it. On our last day it was my Birthday and I was presented with a surprise Champagne Breakfast 🍾 ☺️. Whole complex was kept spotlessly clean. Lovely Sunny pool area, with good assesability to the pool

Only problem we had, was while we were there, unfortunately we had the bad thunderstorms, so it caused a problem with some leaks through skylights. A couple of days were very cold in our room, 15c and the complex had no room heaters to warm up 2 very cold pensioners

Staff very helpful - pool area is spotless calm and really good. The pool bar has lovely choices food and drink and all the staff were friendly and helpful

The apartment room is a bit dated beds quite small However we had everything we needed

Fabulous place to stay, location is brilliant you can walk easily to harbour, seafront, shops, bars and restaurants or to a bus stop to explore the island. Hotel is clean and inviting with a lounge to meet up with friends, good gym, friendly bar/restaurant in the daytime and a lovely pool with lots of loungers. And of course adults only. Our room was large with a comfortable king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a little kitchen and a really good bathroom with walk in shower. Plus a good sized sunny balcony. We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home, so relaxing.

Hard to fault this place we liked everything. However if you have mobility issues you may find the location difficult because of the hilly landscape.
