The respect the quietness i felt so comfortable and the staff good on taking care of their guest

How organized and peaceful it was now i would recommend friends to come here

TV no signal , smoke detector battery needed to be changed , + no light bulb in lights by my bed

The battery being changed , my 1st room couldn't get in bad battery in door lock , that wasn't too bad I could tolerate it but the 2nd room battery needed to be changed

I loved the bamboo bed and the fact that u was able to get in some last minute alone time!

The first room they assigned to me was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned from the person before me.

Smell in the hallways

They have friendly staff especially NELLY. He goes above and beyond. Everytime I had a minor issue he was always there to fix it... He needs a RAISE or a PROMOTION.

IThere is not a single staff member that does not treat you as if they've known you for a lifetime. You would be hard-pressed to find this kind of service and belonging at any other 5 star hotel, and, YES, I give this hotel and crew 5 SUPER HUGE STARS⭐⭐🌟🌟⭐⭐🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍
