I loved the room with small twin bed, a desk, a TV, a closet, big windows and a balcony and a very spacious bathroom. It was perfect to get some work done on my laptop from the hotel. Wifi also worked perfectly. The cleanliness was top notch, along with the friendliness of the staff. The location can't be beat, right by the main train station and airport bus dropoff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

They served coffee but no breakfast, however this was known when booking. The street noise could be loud, but this also comes with the location.

It was a great stay. It definitely exceed expectations. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre and the central station. So easy to catch public transport. Also, the airport bus stop is just į mins walking from the hotel. Very convenient. It was within walking distance of shops, historical piazzas, the Royal Palace, the Cinema museum, etc. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, and they spoke perfect English. The receptionist made us coffee in the morning as no breakfast option in the hotel. The room is spacious, with a big bed, a mini fridge, and a shower with perfect water pressure. What else do you need from a hotel for your weekend getaway?

The size of the single room was very good, it was clean and well put together. The location was perfect to walk in the old part of the city, and to have access to the train station and metro line. Chiara at the reception was very nice and helpful, she was very genuine doing her job. The other lady working in the afternoon as well. Only the young guy at night was not as pleasant, he probably needs more commercial and customer service training.

Everything was very good all and all. The only feedback I have is to use less strong cleaning products (bleach?) because after the room is cleaned there is a very strong smell of chemicals.

Staff were very kind and smiley, quite helpful. The room was clean and quiet, with effective air conditioning and a nice bathroom. Luggage storage for free before the check-in and after the check out. We arrived at 9am, and they let us have the room at 11, so a few hours before official check in time. Decent mattress, additional pillow in the cupboard and complimentary bottle of water in the table. They have a kettle in the room and some tea and coffee too.

The night receptionist was quite upset at us having taken the key with us, but after I explained that we were not told to do otherwise he calmed down immediately and became very friendly.

Very useful central situation near the main railway station and near a bus stop for the airport. Lovely helpful members of staff. Clean comfortable room in good condition. Had a kettle even though not specified. Nice bathroom. Very quiet room had been supplied on request.

Would be great to have a basic breakfast, only tea or coffee supplied. Even a plain croissant would be nice. Air con a bit noisy but then when isn't it?! Missing one sign pointing the way to the exit so kept mistaking the way out and ending up in a dead end. Its a bit of a maze so this needs to be rectified in case of an emergency.

The room had an aircondition that worked which was a life saviour in a whooping 28°C at 10.30 pm! The room quite spacey with high ceilings had a perfect sound cancellation from the noise of the street. Bed was huge and very comfortable which was perfect. Staff spoke great English and were very polite.

Very shabby 1990's decor that could do with updating or at least good renovation. The building is very beautiful, reception has a nice modern vibe but the rooms are crying for modernisation. Lacking of charachter. The shower door was very filthy in the hinges and the bottom of the door.

Very clean rooms. Nice balcony. Good blinding curtains and doors, so the room stayed very dark in the evening. Good to sleep in. They have old electricity plug in, but the receptionist landed us an adapter, but I would make sure that I have one next time. Good location, very close to the city centre, all transportation and sights. Staff was nice.

In the room there was a smoke detector that was flickering the whole night with red light, it was very annoying. We had separate bed with my friend and for the cover we only received a very thin blanket which lead to us being very cold at night. In the wardrobe there was a blanket and regular duvet but both for twin bed only. If you get a regular bed I do not think this would be an issue at all.

The location couldn't have been better, directly across the road from the train station. Easy to reach from the airport. There were numerous cafes and restaurants around the hotel, with buses and trams passing in front of the hotel. Most of the main attractions were about 15-20 minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff, especially Benedetta and Martina, were so helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

Nothing to criticise, the hotel didn't have a breakfast option, but there were so many nearby cafes, it wasn't a problem.

It do not usually stay in a 2 star hotel but this time i could find nothing else. Glad i did as the room was MOST comfortable, clean and spacious! Bigger than rooms in 4 star hotels in Brussels. Even though the corridors and decor is a bit dated the room was VERY clean which made my stay much more comfortable. I also really enjoyed opening the windows and hearing the buzz in the evening. I would stay there again.

The décor was a bit dated and it would have been nice if there was coffee at least all day long. The price was also a bit high for a 2 star hotel, but i should mention that i almost did not find a room anywhere in Torino.

We loved this hotel because we had a standard triple room with a normal bed, which is the most important thing in a hotel. Everything you need for basics was available - you can open the window for fresh air, and there is air conditioning. Shampoo and fresh towels were provided. The price is very low, but we are happy with the quality. The hotel is in a good strategic location, near a stop that takes you to Turin airport, as well as the train station. Very convenient for those traveling from place to place. If you are sensitive to noise, you might get a room facing the street; it didn't bother us, we slept well, but you can ask for courtyard, I think.
