The hotel has a beautiful location and we enjoyed both sitting in the lounge and on the terrace with the glorious sea view. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast was a little haphazard - on one morning we went down 30 minutes before it finished and many things had run out and were not replenished. Service was also quite slow on this occasion. In our room, a particular issue was that the bathroom door did not fully close, which was not ideal!

Room was very comfortable indeed, warm, cozy, comfortable bed, gorgeous view, peaceful outside, lovely furnishings. Room was very clean and fresh. Staff very kind, helpful and friendly. Communal areas were lovely. Food was really nice. Breakfast was really good quality and very good. In a gorgeous location too.
Need noise cancelling headphones for my next visit. I could hear every single sound from the room above, which was very irritating, and er... rather awkward in the middle of the night....In the perfect world, there would be something on the floor to deaden the constant thumping of people's feet, non squeaking beds and under floor noise cancellation. However, the price we paid was so reasonable for such a lovely place, that it doesn't feel fair to complain!

A Five-Star Stay with a Five-Star Team! If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I would! From the moment I arrived, jet-lagged and resembling something between a zombie and a lost tourist, the incredible staff made me feel like royalty. First, a huge shoutout to Triston, who ensured I had the best breakfast. And when I say "best," I mean "fit for a king who hasn’t seen food in weeks." The man must have a sixth sense for hungry travelers because my plate was piled high with deliciousness before I even realized I needed it. Then, there were Julie and Sophie, who took hospitality to another level. These two made sure I was safe, comfortable, and had absolutely everything I could possibly need. I half-expected them to tuck me in at night with a bedtime story. And then there's Brett—a hero among men. After learning I had been traveling for over 16 hours, he made sure a well-deserved tipple was waiting for me in my room. I almost shed a tear of gratitude. Speaking of the room—it was perfect. Warm, clean, comfortable, with a glorious sea view. It was so quiet and peaceful that even my snoring didn’t disturb me (a rare feat). I only stayed for two nights, but every moment was impeccable. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience. If you’re looking for a place where the staff go above and beyond (and may possibly adopt you as one of their own), look no further. Highly recommend! 🚀💙

Really nice hotel with lovely staff, who genuinely cared about every guest. We turned up a bit tired, windswept and frazzled and were met with a lovely warm welcome, checking that everything was OK. I had hoped to check in earlier, to make sure we could find a space in the car park, but by the time we arrived, there was one space and it was a bit tight. Mentioned this at reception, and she assured me she would have found us somewhere to put the car, even if there wasn't a marked space left. As parking is expensive and limited by time in Falmouth, this was hugely reassuring. The room was pleasant and fairly spacious, the WIFI good (important for my teenage son), the bathroom and shower good. Breakfast was good too, and again, it was made better by staff that were friendly, helpful and efficient. There are views out over the sea from the lounge room, so you can watch the waves rolling in as you eat, and the walkers and runners making use of the cliff road to exercise. We really liked the location - it didn't take long to walk into town, it was easy to get to and it isn't very far from the station if you're arriving by train.

Good location with lovely views over the bay and close to the Princess Pavilion which we were attending that evening. Parking was easy and available. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly despite coping with a coach party that had booked in on the night we were there. Breakfast was very good.
Although the view from our room on the second floor was outstanding, the room itself was tiny and rather dated. Finding the room in a maze of stairs and fire doors was quite an adventure - I'm really glad the fire alarm didn't go off because getting out would be a nightmare. The double bed was small and uncomfortable. Somehow, a shower, toilet and tiny sink had been fitted into a bathroom that could have been no more than 5ft by 4ft which made having a shower almost impossible and there was no space to put anything.

Location is PERFECT, and the glass enclosed wraparound balcony is a delightfully nostalgic throwback to the 70's. It's a sun trap and in winter an absolutely gorgeous spot to sit and read/ relax. Breakfasts were ample and the one meal I ordered in the bar was excellent. The room was adequately provisioned, immaculately clean, and very quiet. The staff were very pleasant and approachable - and always on hand when needed.
Bathrooms and bedroom curtains could do with a refresh. They're perfectly functional but a bit tired.

Lovely location. The property was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the small games room and the sauna and hot tub were a fantastic touch and the rooms were very modern and spacious. Breakfast mornings was always welcoming and served quickly with a wide choice to suit mists tastes.
Only if I had to be very picky to find something wrong. The evening menu was quite limited but again that’s only to try and find a fault and potentially was due to the fact it was off season etc

The staff is antentive and only too willing to assist The location is splendid. The beach is just opposite together with beautiful walks along then sea front. They have a lovely garden and indoor lounge to enjoy the sea view, whatever the weather. We went by train, Falmouth docks is only a short level walk away. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to various locations along the sea front and to Falmouth town centre.
Having to come home!!!!!!

The hotel was in the perfect location the free parking is also very handy. From the moment that you walk in the staff really make you feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and tidy and well equipped. There is a lot of choice when it comes to the breakfast which is great and all of the food is cooked to a high standard. The evening meal has a wide choice to choose from and again is always cooked to perfection from the moment you walk into the restaurant the staff great you with a smile and make you feel very comfortable.

We liked the location close to the beach where we swam and being within walking distance of town. We liked the external deck where it was possible to have lunch and snacks. In the evening, even though the kitchen was closed, the person in the bar kindly brought us some Cornish ice cream. This made our day for us!
I thought our room was small for the price I paid. I couldn't recommend it as a romantic place to stay because there are coach parties of people who visit the hotel with evening entertainment.
