Amazing time yet again staff are very attentive nothing is to much food and room beautiful this is the second time we have visited
Lady at the spa quite rude from entering she kept going on about the closing time came to jacuzzi to remind us we paid for an hr but got asked to leave 10 mins before when getting ready she kept coming in the changing room to make her presence known …. Very disappointed as the time before the ladies where lovely even let us stay longer

Lovely gardens, surroundings and a beautiful building. The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for us. I have travelled extensively over the years and what we experienced with the service would put the majority of 5 * hotels to shame, the only hotel which has come close to matching this is the Langham in Chicago. The food was excellent and we had a lovely private dining room for dinner which was unexpected as there was just 4 of us.
The only two minor negative points would be: 1) When booking dinner on their website I chose the a la carte dining preference. However, our only option on the night was a 6 course tasting menu. 2) Mallory Court advertise as a Spa hotel and the rooms are priced on the higher side, especially for the area. For what we spent for 2 people (circa £600) I would expect to have the spa facilities included and not have to pay an uplift of £15 per person per hour. This put us off due to the principle of it and the fact you had to book in your time so could not be spontaneous.

Overall lovely. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The interior of the resort is pleasant, smells great, and is super clean. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kind. The room's amenities were generous, with lots of thoughtful attention to detail. We were impressed with everything this place had to offer and will surely return.
The pillows on the bed were flat and insubstantial. We lost a night's sleep- which is a shame because the bed was great. The bathroom lighting was not ideal, and with no options to tone down the spotlights over the tub - it wasn’t relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi require a reservation and additional fees, and the hours are limited. I’ve been to resorts all around the world- I’ve not seen this particular arrangement of limitations. Pre-booking is understandable if the facilities are small- but to charge guests of the hotel additional to swim in the pool is off-putting. Still, we might have gone ahead with it if the hours were extended. The last thing- The “fresh fruit” at breakfast was kinda gross, small pieces soaked in juice. A fruit plate would have more appeal.

Thank you so much to the staff Mallory Court was wonderful for us. We stayed with our dogs, toddler and six week old baby for Saturday and Sunday, enjoyed the spa and we had a private dining room booking for my mother’s birthday. The service was excellent on the rooms and dining. The staff very kindly put us into the garden separate dining room for breakfast so our toddler had a bit more freedom to roam around and we could actually enjoy eating. I’m sure this was also more comfortable for the other guests! The staff clearly had empathy for our situation, we really appreciated this. The grounds are wonderful for our dogs to run around in they were very happy. Baby cots were given and our children slept well. The private dining room event was brilliant. The staff were flexible with timings and were incredibly helpful for everything that we needed. The food was excellent. The spa was wonderful, clean and again the staff were friendly and kind. It was very quiet on the Sunday evening so I got to enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi to myself much needed with a six week old baby! All in all a fantastic stay and celebration for my mum‘s birthday. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will try and make an excuse to return! The only advice is to try to book in the main house/ house extension rather than the modern annexe, it’s incredibly charming.
N/a There was a very hot radiator in the bathroom that couldn’t be switched off

Really clean, modern but still had character. The food was amazing and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. I had an ameretto sours and it was the best I have ever had!! Angie was particularly friendly and helpful on the front desk on the Sunday (I think that was her name - so very nice )
Having called before I was told there was no room in the spa during my visit. I was gutted but brought my swimming costume anyway. My friend arrived first and the receptionist got us straight in at 10am on Sunday so I was so glad we packed our costumes. If I’m honest I wouldn’t have come back if I didn’t get in as we came to a spa hotel to use the spa. But it all ended well and we will be back!

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The main hotel is exceptional, the grounds are beautiful and lovely to walk around and the spa is small but such a treat. We were treated like royalty and nothing was too much. The food was outstanding too. It felt like a really special experience and we will be back many more times I'm sure!
I am clutching for straws here but I suppose if I had to find something the drinks were quite expensive if we had been staying in for the evening. We went out and had a wonderful time in the town which was easily accessible from the hotel via a cab which they very kindly booked for us with no bother at all. They even offered to book us a taxi home if we contacted them when we were ready! I think we managed this by ourselves although much wine and lemoncello was consumed over the evening but it was lovely to know that option was there if we needed it!

One night stay: The house and grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. We spent time in the spa and had drinks in the grounds. Didn't try the restaurants but we will definitely be coming back for that. The "stand out" for us was the staff. Especially Olly who went out of his way to help us with finding free parking in their sister hotel in Stratford after we mentioned we were heading there for a visit. And a lovely breakfast hostess who was warm and chatty. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and care which reflects so well on the general management. Highly recommend!
A very small note. I had assumed that booking a night in the hotel would include access to the spa. I called ahead to book in and realised we had to pay extra - £25pp for 2hrs. We did pay and it was lovely, but we overheard a group checking out who had used the spa unaware of the cost until it showed on the bill. So be aware it costs extra. Perhaps this could be clearer on the website.

We stayed there for my boyfriend's 25th birthday surprise and the staff were excellent. They provided extras for him in our room (such as a plate with chocoate writing on it wishing him a happy birthday), an ice bucket and flutes for the champagne we brought, and delivered the food we ordered from an outside restaurant straight to our room with cutlery. The room was fantastically clean, quiet and kitted out, and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast offering is also extremely high quality, with impeccable service. I have recommended it to all my family and friends.
Everything was perfect!

Very pleasant gardens. Staff were helpful, welcoming and polite. Bed was wide and comfortable.Everywhere was clean and tidy. The complimentary use of the pool was very welcome with its spa jets and other luxury features.
Bedroom was a little too warm for us. I would have preferred more choice at breakfast. I usually enjoy a buffet style breakfast at a hotel, the choices of a set cooked English breakfast or a continental style menu meant that I wasn’t able to choose cereal before the cooked breakfast nor determine the balance of items on the plate … I prefer plenty of tomatoes, mushrooms and scrambled egg, but fewer meat items. Perhaps I should have asked?

We had a lovely room, very spacious and the amenities were great, about a 15-20 min drive from most supermarkets (Tesco. Morrisions etc) the breakfast was very good and enough options
We stayed one night, we did not have dinner there. The only service was to show us to our rooms and at breakfast, standard i believe but upon checkout i was asked about paying a service charge, i politely declined but it was mentioned twice more. I did not pay it as i feel the cost of staying at the hotel is more than enough and service is part of the job of running the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason.
