Staff was so friendly on arrival, I think he was the owner. He engaged in great conversation & made us feel welcome. The rooms where clean. A little dated but I'm happy. Had everything we needed, fridge, kettle, microwave. 2 heaters as the room was very spacious. A area to sit. A TV. The bed was comfy, sheets were clean, room was tidy. The bathroom was a little cold in the morning due to it all being tiled but I'm not sure if we had to turn the radiator on ourself. We stayed here as we had a gig for manc Vic warehouse which is just 10 mins away. On the way is a retail park with a nandos, Costa, KFC. Very happy to stay here again, thank you x

Rooms are a little dated. My room 25 was huge and it took a while to heat up. The curtain thing above the bed, all I could think about was I hope it's not dusty as I suffer with skin conditions that trigger. Apart from that everything was alright, no complaints.

The staff on site was very kind and helpful. They allowed us a late check out free of charge. That was very kind of them.

Very trivial, but a nice to know if you are considering this accommodation. The faucet was a bit inconvenient. The hot and cold is separate and you can either wash your hands with ice cold water or burning hot water.

Nice and warm welcome from the reception staff member. Very friendly and helpful. Room was pretty spacious. TV allowed us to hook up chromecast so was good for downtime. Plenty of parking spaces when we visited. Pretty close to 02 warehouse only a 15 min walk which was better than paying for an taxi. And a fridge in bedroom which was a nice surprise as it wasn't specified on the room booking 😊 kept the gin and mixers nice and cold

Toilet made a really loud noise late at night which was a bit awkward. And the floorboards are super creaky.

It was a lovely comfortable room but even though I was given the Wifi code the reception in the room there was no strength to connect so I had to use my phone hotspot. That said I would stay there again when I'm next in Manchester.

The Wifi reception in my room would have been good. I didn't have a shower the next morning because there was no shower curtain and I didn't want to flood the bathroom floor.

The room smelt like someone has just smoked there but it was quickly eliminated by opening the window. I had no bath curtains in my room but the staff quickly gave me new ones.

Great value, massive room with ensuite, very close to Salford quays, Old Trafford, Morrissey's childhood home etc! Very clean, great bed, lots of facilities-safe, microwave, fridge, armchairs, good TV. Really friendly and helpful manager.

Bedside lights didn't seem to work. Creaky floorboards. No shower curtain.

the room we were allocated was on the ground floor some noise from room above. however this is not the hotels fault but the room next door the people that were there were so noisy.
