we were in the student area, but just off a lovely square with nice restauraunts and good bars and a little shop. The hotel was just lovely, the staff super friendly (Elias if you're reading this I tried to go to Tonolo for a pistachio croissant but it was closed!) It was quiet, I have no idea if there were many more people staying, only heard other once on the way to the airport one morning. It was about 15 mins to walk to the canal, but some lovely streets and shops on the wayWe're english

We're English, we like a cup of tea and could have done with more teabags and some milk. We had to go out hunting for some! Hardly end of the world stuff, but would have made perfect

We came to Venice for 1 night, 2 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. We took the biggest room with the spa bath. We arrived around 12 PM, and the room was already prepared for us (originally, the check-in is at 15 PM) All the staff were amazing, they welcomed us with a big smile and helped us to build the time plan for our 24 hr visit. It was the perfect plan to maximize the time. The room was big, clean and the bath is amazing. The location superb As for the breakfast- the kids lived it, solud and simple, enough to start your day. (Me and my wife are not a breakfast people so...). On the next day, we checked out at 9 AM and stored our lougage till 19 PM. No problem with that. We loved it mostly because of the staff and the location

The setting and history behind the hotel is amazing. The lady at reception (sorry can't remember her name) was so friendly and helpful and gave some great tips on getting around Venice. Her love for the city was very evident and she is a great ambassador for both the hotel and for Venice. Rooms were lovely and quaint, our room opened out onto a small terrace with a table and two chairs. Bathroom was perfect, everything was spotless. The breakfast was served in a lovely room that overlooked the square and the foot was typical continental, self service with coffee, heat etc. Good selection. Very quiet, peaceful and calm feel to the hotel. Would return in a heartbeat!

Very intimate and personable. The room was very roomy for European standards and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Excellent suggestions on food and shopping as well as making arrangements for transportation. The location was fantastic! Within walking distance of some of the best sites

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quiet. Location in Dorsoduro was good. About a 12 minute walk from the 'Ca Rezzonico vaporetto stop. I appreciated having mini fridge in the room, and a little patio area.

Like most beds in Italy, this was very firm, which to me is uncomfortable. It was also made up of two twin beds, so there was a big bump in the middle. Room size was fairly small.

The location was amazing; near a Piazza with shops and restaurants but not loud or overly busy (even in July). The staff were kind and helpful and went out of their way to provide recommendations and tips for how to spend our time in the city. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The courtyard was amazing; sitting there in the evening with a bottle of wine was a highlight of our trip.

This is the perfect accommodation to experience Venice. It is located in a small square with a wonderful view. This hotel has very fine rooms and breakfast, it is worth mentioning that his bathroom area is very large, and equipped with high quality personal toiletries. The lobby area of this hotel is full of drama and mystery. Love the dining space for breakfast, which offers a variety of local specialties and you can dine in the sun. One of the surprises of our trip was the hotel's open restaurant, which served delicious Italian cuisine, lobster pasta, and wild fruits from Tuscany, making it one of the most delicious meals we had in Venice. If you are only 15 minutes away on foot from the train station, it is very convenient to visit the famous sights and seaside scenery, as well as the art gallery, the Venetian Theatre, and most of the sights are within walking distance. I am very happy to share such a romantic trip to Venice with my friends.

Nicely located in an open area, property staff was exceptional and genuinely wanted to have a conversation to share and talk about things. Room was snug and for me perfect, but for others who want a bigger room or space maybe something to consider but remember you are in Venice so space is a luxury.

Locational was a bit far from things you would do and longer walks to get to those places but honestly nothing really bad about it.

The room was perfect for our family of 5 - it's hard to find hotels in Europe to fit all of us. It worked great as our home base to rest. It's got a great location not too far of a walk from the train, there are lots of restaurants, bakeries and even a nice market around the corner. The breakfast spread was lovely, lots of options, it was nice to sit in the breakfast room and enjoy it before we headed out for the day. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We truly can't think of anything that we would change - we had to leave for the train earlier on Easter morning still they had breakfast set up for us to bring on our trip.

The entrance foyer to the hotel is beautiful. The room was massive and clean (our room was upgraded for free)! The chap at check in was friendly (and hilarious). The hotel is a short 12 minute walk to where we caught the water bus (Zattere) to go back to the airport. The hotel is in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we had to leave early morning so I can’t comment on that.

The beds were two singles pushed together which I always find annoying. At night, because there are bars and restraints nearby, it can be a little noisy but that didn’t really bother us. Other than that, nothing.
