Loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom concept. Great living area with full working kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Gas fireplace. Lock up garage. Quiet area, very peaceful. Clean amenities and serviced daily. It was really nice to be able to relax at ‘home’ after big days skiing.

Slightly further out of town, on a nice day definitely walkable along the lake front. Being winter, slightly chilly to do that. Would have preferred a top sheet on top of the quilt. Personally I dont like sleeping under the heavy bedspread, but with no top sheet on top of the open quilt it felt unmade. Also the extra bedding from the twin being made into a king was just thrown into the wardrobe. Just looked unsightly but not an issue.

The location was great. Easy walking distance to the supermarket and just a short drive to many very enjoyable walks. The guide book provided was most helpful. Staff came in each day to empty the rubbish and refill guest supplies as needed. We were able to have a load of washing done too which was great. All of the staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the spa bath and gas fire.

The frying pans, electric frying pan and stove unit have all seen better days but they were in working order so I was still able to cook.

The 1-bedroom offering was snug and cosy and made for a pleasant stay. The fireplace made for a nice ambiance although realistically offered little in the way of heat (although the reverse cycle aircon and radiators more than made up for that). Comfortable bed, hot showers and snug lounge made for an ideal stay in Wanaka.

Holiday apartments ideally need to be fully self service, so it was disappointing to learn the 1-bedroom units lacked a laundry (which are available in the 2 and 3-bedrooms) - and whilst an offer of a weekly laundry cycle was on offer, when your time is limited on a holiday, laundry tends to happen when it happens. Parking was also a little disappointing in that the available spaces felt like we were in conflict with neighbours and a "1st in, too bad" approach isn't ideal - particularly when attached garages remain empty. By no means a show stopper I should add - just annoying.

Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse. Bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen / lounge downstairs. With little outdoor veranda. Kitchen well stocked. Also had a washing machine & dryer which was fabulous. The complex is walking distance to the lake which was nice.

The unit was SOOO dark. A bit depressing walking in and having to turn on lights in middle of daylight, and no real views from lounge room. I thought I would see or be close to the pool which we weren’t. We were a while block away. The units are scattered over a large area. Also pool looks big in photos but it’s small and not so inviting. There’s a feel like you’re in an Airbnb in the suburbs. But it was nice to have the apartment/ townhouse serviced every day. One other issue is no flatscreens on any windows. We got bitten.

Quiet comfortable warm easy parking. Great bathtub. Lovely hot water . Bedroom needed the portable heater they provided as no split system in bedroom.

Felt a bit isolated .. the reception felt more like caretaker than hospitality and property brochure wasn’t particularly helpful especially re directions to public hot tub , use of pool , fireplace etc . Mattress needs replacing I think ( very lumpy) but I let them know at the end of our stay so it might already be new!

Very comfortable and clean apartment in quiet residential location, although part of a larger complex. Lovely landscaped areas between properties on the complex. Easy walking distance to lake and town - 20 mins. The apartments have access to a shared a swimming pool on the complex which was deserted when we were there. Suggest you check where your apartment is located relative to the pool in the height of summer as noise could then be an issue.

Apartment layout. The garage on the drive is positioned right outside the living room window, blocking all views to the mountains beyond and the external terrace is at the back of the apartment, where there is little sun and is accessed from the bedroom. We moved the table and chairs around to the side of the house into the landscaped garden area which was much more pleasant.

Spacious, spotless apartment with a lovely outdoor area and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was in a quiet location not too far from the shops, lake etc. It had everything you needed including a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and laundry. The pool and spa were great. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Would like to return in winter to use the fireplace!

Not all of the apartments have air con just to keep in mind if booking in the height of summer. Our daughter feels the heat and the staff were extremely kind to move us to an apartment which did have air con in the downstairs area.

These apartments are lovely and clean had all the facilities you would want and need. Great family environment and well appointed. There is a central spa which was so nice after a day’s skiing. No bath in the apartment which would have been nice but the spa did the trick. We had 2 bathrooms in our 2 bedroom which you do need to request if you book a 2 bedroom because I believe there are some 2 bedrooms with only 1 bathroom. Our apartment had spectacular Mountain Views from the top floor master bedroom. Some apartments don’t have any views. It’s about 1.5km walk into town so if you have little ones and don’t want to drive, come prepared. We loved the walk personally.

A bath would have been ideal but otherwise everything was excellent.

Me and my friends stayed here for 10 days and we absolutely loved it. The spa and fireplace were great amenities and the accommodation was so comfortable. 10/10 would book again 😀

It would be good to have some supplies for self cleaning or even have the apartment cleaned more thoroughly over longer stays. We asked if we could get the floors cleaned during our stay though and they came and did them for us.

Quiet location in a suburban area. Free off-street parking right out the front of each apartment. Clean, comfortable and spacious with a good sizes kitchenette.

It is well advertised that the apartments are about 15mins walk to town which we liked. If you have accessibility needs/mobility challenges, the walk might be a bit much. We were in Apartment 12 which is right next to a laneway. We had to keep all the blinds closed on that side of the apartment (which is most of the windows) as people can see straight in. No natural screening, particularly near the bathroom windows.
