Simple and clean, exactly what it says on the tin. Really enjoyed the takeaway breakfast in the morning - that was a real unexpected perk of our stay. We wouldn’t usually get up and go and sit in a restaurant for breakfast so we tend to not eat when we stay over somewhere, but being able to go and collect your order from reception (and for this to be included in the price of your stay) was a real ‘ surprise and delighted’ moment and certainly made this place memorable.

It felt a little bit dated and could’ve done with a bit of a thorough clean and a paint. Certainly wasn’t dirty or rundown, but I think just the tiniest bit of time and effort on this place would make it a much nicer stay. Plug sockets near the bed would’ve been really handy also.

Check in was straight forward, staff pleasant. Bed was comfy with extra pillow if needed. Room was a little cool upon arrival but the heater warmed it up quite quickly... so much so that the room became to warm lol. Shower nice and hot. We only had the grab and go breakfast but it was made there and then. Bacon and sausage sarnies were very nice indeed. As much tea and coffee as you want!

Trickle vent on window wouldn't close so the sound of traffic was audible - earplugs. Odd way the shower screen was fixed meant water got onto bathroom floor too easily. But it wasn't the end of the world for one night

Big FREE car park. Reception big and comfortable with FREE tea/coffee making facilities. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful and professional. The room was big and quiet and clean with kettle and tea/coffee. The bed big with clean bedding. Tele etc. Clean and bright bathroom with shower over. Plenty of hot water and clean white towels. Soap provided. Breakfast is a Grab & Go bag and is OK/good. Bacon & sausage barm (roll), small muffin, and a bottle of orange juice. A HUGE adjoining restaurant; closed Mondays. Bus stops nearby (Across the East Lancs Road) to Manchester; about 20 minutes. A BIG ‘thank you’ to the receptionist who ‘knocked up’ a breakfast when we managed to miss the 07:00-09:00 deadline! WIFI good.

Friendly and efficient staff. Liked that free tea/coffee was available in reception. Being attached to the restaurant Albert's was also handy, though it was a shame the cooked breakfast was not available all the time but great for an evening meal. Good location with great transport links particularly into Manchester city centre. The room was a great size and the shower was really good.

Bed mattress was a bit lumpy (springs could be felt) but could be resolved with a mattress topper and it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool and packed lunches fresh.

Perfect overnight stay, the room was warm and clean with a comfy large bed and plenty of tea/coffee available. The lovely lady on reception was very friendly and helpful booking a taxi for us to our evening venue. we didn't have the grab and go breakfast which I'm sure would have been good but opted to eat in Albert's restaurant next door where the food was amazing, great service, quality & value, would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again!

Fantastic price on a Saturday night in the city centre with plenty of free on site parking. Easy checking in with friendly helpful staff. Huge comfortable bed in a very spacious room. Fan was a bonus. The usual tea/coffee facilities and TV. Quick and convenient breakfast. Good shower pressure and temperature.

Toilet position too close to the door and toilet roll holder, bit of a tight squeeze. Bath handles left on the bath meant the glass shower screen couldn't fit properly and so water split out over the side and made the bathroom floor wetter than it needed to be.

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was nice too. Had hangging space. Very clean. Other than all the bad comments had a lovely stay. Slept well and the food in restraint was also lovely . Thank you all for what you did to make oir stay the best to your abbilities.

Just the fact we did not have drews to put other cothing in . No plug sockets near bed or bed side caninet . No name badges on staff. Bathroom air vent was dusty, a couple hair's in bath. And my bed was a bit lumpy l.

The place is very welcoming, helpfull nice staff that makes you feel at home, especially Yiamas who went over and beyond to help us through some things since it was our first time in the UK, we will surely miss him! Other than that the rooms are cozy and clean. Would deffinetly book again when i come back here. We even reviewed on trip advisor. We didn't get to say goodbye to Yiamas because friday we were all day outside and his shift had finished and this weekend he wasnt working so please do tell him for us, that we all said Thanks so much for everything and to keep being the wonderful person he is ! The shower head isnt adjustable, it would of been alot better if shower heads were adjustable.

Nice little family hôtel with good facilities & adjacent to the great "Albert's" Restaurant

1- Would prefer a slightly more "expansive" breakfast with Fresh Coffee rather than the "Nescafé" sachets, these days most public spaces have these new modern machines with Coffee beans offering not just dffrnt sorts of Coffee but also drinking Chocolate & options of dffrnt teas. 2 - Unfortunately for us, we hadn't realised that major roadworks were taking place on the A580 so we ended up running around in circles in residential estates until my Partner rang the Hotel to manœuvre us to the hotel rear entrance.

Nice hotel with great bar/restaurant attached.
