The staff helped us so much, we had a quick night’s stay, they stored our luggage until the morning after so we dont have to carry it down the stairs for our 5 am train. They prepared for us an early breakfast as well to take with us. The bed was comfortable and clean. Good location, near station, gives you Interlaken guest card without being an overpriced stay.

The church bell is a little loud for light sleepers.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast is good enough. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

There was no hair dryer in the room. You can hear the noise from the other rooms.

First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean, which is the main reason why I gave 9. :)) The room is spacious with its balcony overlooking to the mountains and cute Swiss houses. The staff is welcoming and friendly. In our price, a nice breakfast was included, which was the first time during our stay in Switzerland. :) Plus, the hotel is close to the city centre. The parking is free and we were given a daily ticket for bus and trains. I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you.

Nothing particular, but it could have been a "10" if the room included the WC & shower in it. The check out time is a bit early (10:00).

The staff were very nice, the shared bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was simple but good.

Very clean, walking distance from train station, near two minimarts to buy groceries if needed. The restaurant in the Gasthof is very good too. Breakfast was decent and simple. Get the room with the attached shower if you can.

The accommodation is stairs only, so beware if you are bringing heavy luggage. The restaurant counter is also the reception but as the restaurant is not open daily, you cannot leave your luggage at the hotel and pick it up later on days that the restaurant is not open for lunch. This also applies if you happen to arrive earlier, hence do inform the hotel on your arrival time and stick to it.

Booked a one night room for a bike trip. Reception speaks English and is careful, we left 2 bikes in the room, it was clean, comfy and you also have a balcony. Bathrooms are shared but clean. Located in a calm area near Interlaken. You can eat at the hotel's restaurant, but there are also other restaurants, or a grocery store just beside. Breakfast was great with almost everything you need. I would recommend that hotel

Maybe a bit expensive for a room but this is Switzerland and especially a touristic area so this is comprehensive.

The apartment was complete, ha everything we needed to cook, hang out and sleep well. Comfortable, cozy, good heater. Soooo close to the train station and supermarket. The restaurant serves excellent food, opens Wednesday to Saturday.

Bed could be bigger and less soft. The information for checking in was send in the same day, we didn't have internet available to see it. Luckily we found someone cleaning up a room and helped us.

Surprised the room came with balcony. A large one, facing toward the street.

The church bell next door, every hour it rings. Every 15mins interval it rings. With the window/door closed during the summer, it like an oven, but it the only way to soundproof the room. With the door/window open, fresh cool air get circulated inside, but you will lose sleep since the church bell rings, even at 3am at night. Ear plugs wont work if you're a light sleeper. But overall, location is excellent. Next to supermarket and train station. If only the bells was silence during sleep hours.

The location is perfect in case you are here for 1-2 day trip. It's close to the train station which gives access to travel to Grindelwald or Interlaken. It's definitely value for money. Checkin time is late so check in advance. Vegetarian options were limited in breakfast.

Space utilisation for bathroom is adequate in case you are less than 6 ft in height else it might be a trouble.

The staffs were so nice and helpful. They speak good English and have great service mind. The room was clean and spacious, so did the shared bathroom. Breakfast is well prepared and has variety of choices. Wilderswil is way moreee peaceful and quiet than Interlaken city and other nearby touristy villages. This is a perfect choice for peaceful nature lover. The location is still convenient. The train to Interlaken Ost took only 5 minutes and the transportation card is included as we pay city tax.
