We had a panaroma room on the first floor of the hotel with amazing view of the mountains. It has a balcony on which you can enjoy your morning coffee or a evening drink with fabulous views. It is a short walk from the station. This hotel is about 500m from their main hotel which has a reception. The Annex-in does not have a reception and have to do self check-in at a building just opposite the hotel which also has the breakfast area. The breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, breads, cereals, yogurt, coffee, fruits, cheeses. We don't require a very fancy breakfast or too many options and this is enough for us. The staff is also nice and we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Wilderswil which is conveniently located only one train stop away from Interlaken OST.

The view was amazing, great value for money, clean, comfy, warm, great staff, fabulous plentiful hit and cold breakfast with fresh bread and great assortment of colds. Quiet and well situated. Easy check in and out. Very responsive history and easy walk to trains. Great food options .

When travelling in Europe buy yourself a cheap cork screw. Most reds are corked. But not a reflection on the hotel itself just what we have found.

We payed for the breakfast and instead of staying at the Alpine Inn Annex, they upgraded us to the main Jungfrau Hotel. We are so grateful because the walk from the train station would have been a lot more every day to the Annex. The staff is very nice, the breakfast was delicious! The room had excellent heating and AMAZING comfortable beds. We got ENGAGED in Switzerland during this trip! It was our first time in Europe. Having such a nice hotel during this moment, made it such an AMAZING experience! Thank you!

Beautiful small town, only 1 stop from Interlaken and quite secluded. Had a beautiful view of Jungfrau from our room. Room was a great size. Breakfast included was great variety and quality.

Instructions for staying the Annex weren't super clear. Felt like we walked in circles to check in and then get to the room. Rooms weren't very soundproof. We stayed on the ground floor and had what sounded like kids staying in the room above us. Could hear them running and jumping around late into the night.

Lovely hotel! We were bit hesitant to some of the reviews but we’re glad it didn’t sway us! The staff were lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not have the food there so cannot comment on that but everything else was excellent! Highly recommend staying here. Would also recommend getting a room with a view as we woke up every morning with exceptional views of the mountains! Was truly breathtaking. Nearest bus stop is 10 minutes walk and there is a shop which sells amazing cheese nearby! They also provide you with a free travel ticket throughout your stay to Interlaken and back which was super convenient.

This hotel was an absolute gem. It's in a very quiet area but it is a great location if you are exploring the Interlaken and Jungfrau area. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The views on both sides of the hotel are exceptional, especially if you are staying on the second floor. The second floor also has a balcony with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the view. We were renting a car for our trip so having free parking was great. There is a lot of parking behind the hotel and it's easy to locate. The train station is about a 10 minute walk, but we were driving mostly. The hotel is also surrounded by nice pathways and walkways to explore the town of Wilderswil and get a glimpse of Swiss village life.

The heating system is a bit old, we didn't have any major issues but sometimes the room would get too cold or too hot. Not a big issue at all.

The views are amazing, the room was clean, the shower was big, and the continental breakfast was good.They had a good variety of protein, dairy, and breads with coffee and juice. We also appreciated them storing our luggage before check in.

The walls were thin and the shower head was too low. Had to hold above our heads with one hand majority of the time.

The view from the window is gorgeous. The room has everything we need, from kettle to trash cans in both the bathroom and the bedroom. It’s surrounded by a very quiet neighbourhood so it’s nice to sleep and rest. There’s a cat always hanging around and it’s very friendly.

A bit difficult to carry big suitcases to the room since there’s no lift, but it’s just a couple of staircases so it not a big problem. The breakfast is pretty simple, but enough to get full.

It was a small room but cozy and clean. Had all the important amenities like kettle, tv, bath tub, heater. We actually never met any staff but always found our room clean when we got back. Breakfast had variety of options so overall it was a wonderful experience.

The distance between the room to Wilderswil station. It's not much but we had a lot of luggage so felt the pain onward and return.

Location is amazing. Beautiful mountain views. Very quiet place. Room was big, beds comfy. Free parking. Very easy check-in and check-out.

Everything was okay, just don't expect 5 star hotel experience. The place is bit dated and quite basic. But that is expected from the price and everything is still clean and good value for money.
