Such a great location as a base for your Swiss Alps adventure. Just opposite the Interlaken West train station and main bus interchange. It cant get more convenient that this! Imagine after a long day of hiking/trekking or just walking so much at the Jungfrau region, you just need to cross the street and your hotel is already there. 3 supermarkets close by plus many foodplaces for every budget. Breakfast had a great spread just nice to fill you up till late lunch. Loved that they have scrambled eggs, different types of breads, cheeses, hams and had juices, teas and coffee. Great breakfast! Room was spot on clean and spacious! Even if our room was at the back, it still had a balcony. The sofa was a great addition. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The toilet mirror had a very bright light which was super good. You could chill and hang out at the lobby with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate anytime. Front staff was very friendly, she told me how much she wanted to visit my home country of Singapore and was super friendly to my wife and I. Overall, best value for money. Great place!

A+ location with 2 min walk to Train/bus station, We have booked a train ticket from Interlaken West to Zurich Airport with NO train change needed. In addtion, Hotel provide a Interlaken Guest Card for free local bus transportations, we use a lot travel between Interlaken West and Interlaken OST Breakfast is great with ample selections, Free cappuccino at lobby is a plus Excellent river/Lake front natual walking trails nearby expecially the Helsana trails All staff are professional and eager to provide assistance and room/facility are comfy and clean.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the train station Interlaken West and the bus station. Despite being in a busy area there was not a lot of noise at night except for trains. We did have the window open though (there’s no air conditioning) and we were on floor 5. The staff were really helpful and friendly both at reception and at breakfast which was on the first floor with nice views of the mountains. There was a good selection of items at breakfast and I was delighted to find a kettle in our room.

The pillows and bed were too firm for me.

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Bernerhof, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We had the added bonus of a lovely balcony where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises between the mountains. The location couldn't be better—just a 1-minute walk to Interlaken Ost, and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!

The Hotel is very close to Interlaken West train station and pier, If you don't wanna drag the heavy suitcase and walk long way the Hotel is a good choice. There is a balcony you can sit here, go for a blow and see the view of Interlaken. Hotel front desk staff was really nice that he offered the map of Interlaken for us and guided travel itinerary. Hotel is Continental breakfast which is tasty scrambled eggs, sausage and a variety of beverages.

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

A slight thing - the towels were quite small compared to usual. Might just be my 6'2 partner.

Breakfast was limited but nice to avoid paying for another meal in the area. Coffee and drinking tap to fill bottles in the lobby available anytime was such a simple but incredible accommodation for guests. The staff was very kind and available when needed. Hotel provided a free fare bus card/transit card for Interlaken which we used daily for buses or transfers to the next train station. The central location next to the train/bus station was the best part about this hotel, close enough to catch a train within minutes of it arriving, but not so close that the train noise entered our room. Our view was beautiful as well and the shower pressure and water temperature was very nice - clean, modern bathrooms made our stay very comfortable.

Towels were paper thin and accommodation price seems a bit high for basic room provided but location makes up for it compared to other options in the town.

Clean and seems to have done some renovation. It’s a perfect location as it’s just diagonally opposite the train station. Thus save us a lot of time walking as we use Interlaken as a base to go out to places over the 6 days. The room is quite spacious to place our luggages to unpack and pack. There is a restaurant below the restaurant that serves nice braised pork. Many tourists came in groups for meals so try to avoid lunch and dinner crowd. Jerome and Thomas were very courteous and helpful to all our queries which we truly appreciate.

This is a splendid hotel with a SUPER friendly and helpful staff in a great location for travelers. It is right across the street from the Interlaken West train station. It is on the busy Bahnhofstrasse shopping street and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist spots in Interlaken. The balcony rooms have a tremendous view of the Jungfrau region when the weather is clear, and you get an interesting view of the action on the street below. Even though those balcony rooms face a busy street, there was zero problem with any noise.

The only thing is very, very minor. The elevator is small. So, if you are a couple trying to go up or down with bags when other people are using the elevator, you may have to go in two trips or wait for the elevator car to go by once or twice. It only fits about 4 people max or 2 people with bags.

Location is perfect right across Interlaken West train and post bus station. Staff (Doreen) was kind and knowledgeable. Check in easy and we were given early check in. Room was very clean, new, bright and modern. Bathroom very clean. Shower was hot and with high pressure. Breakfast served at 7am, has hot items and cold cuts, bread, cereals, juices, hot drink Strongly recommended as Interlaken is really a transit hub and it is so easy to just hop across the street to the train station to get to Interlaken OST station and from there to other places like Lauterbrunnen. We also took the Post bus which was free with the hotel transit pass.

Air conditioning not working, fortunately opening the windows helped a lot except for the street noise till later at night.
