- Breakfast is great. It’s the best thing about the place actually. - Staff is odd… one of the workers in the breakfast areas works at 250km/h like the other two is not doing the work properly, while a second is very unhappy with the work environment and coworkers, the third one is alright. But the stuff was what got my attention. I got a sense that the place is not the greatest employer and do care about the employees - I think there a lot of space to improve. - Location. It is not close to the station, but it is to the bus stop. Drug store or supermarket during late hrs will be a struggle. The neighbourhood is amazing… far away for a bunch of tourists. - Price. Alright. It’s budget and doable. I just needed a place to shower and sleep. - Room. Noise - You can hear literally a fart from the room upstairs. Comfortable and clean. There’s nothing in the room to help you with keeping food or even cooking a noodles or making a coffee.

- I am not sure I would come back. I do not like the vibes I got from the employees and that’s the employer problem. Also who noise the room can be depending who will stay in the other rooms. - (This is not related to the property), outside the garbage is kept where the water fountain is… it’s not great. - internet is not good from the room. You gotta be old school and go to the lobby (sitting area) to get wi fi. The sitting area is just a cluster of chairs, nobody to sell a drink or a table or nothing. Just pictures and chairs. - (Not related to the facility) Unfortunately you get what you paid for and that’s also regarding the people of other rooms. For being a budget options, you might encourage people less educated or used to good behaviour.

The Hostel Chalet Stöckli is a separate building semi-attached to the Alpenblick Hotel and a great deal! We got the full chalet experience on a budget with breakfast in the main building. The bathroom is shared with one other room on your floor and fairly basic but that was not an issue for us. The location is great, a little outside the city with the view of the mountains. Accessible from Interlaken West with bus and then 2 minute walk.

The chalet is clean and warm. The bathroom also clean. Comfort bed to sleep. The services is excellent. The woman in reception desk is really nice and helpful. staff in restaurant also so nice and friendly. They know how to treat the guests well :) Hotel gave us free pass for train and bus around interlaken. We can store our luggage for a while after check out:)

This hotel located around 700 m from Wilderswill train station. It is easy to find but You need to walk a little up to find the hotel. If you have heavy luggages you can take bus no 105 which will stop near the hotel. It is difficult to find the chalet at first. It is located behind the hotel. We arrived at midnight and need to find the entrance door for a momen. The hotel has give a information letter and also map of the chalet but we were too tired to pay attention about it after a long journey (and it was dark also)

I recently stayed at this charming hotel/hostel and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely and generous breakfast. There was a great variety of delicious options, which really set the tone for a good day ahead. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We arrived early, and they kindly offered luggage storage, which was a big help. As a special touch, since it was my wife's birthday, the host took the time to ask if we had any special requests. They even left a thoughtful birthday card on our door in the morning, which really added to the personal and memorable experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful location, cozy accommodations, and warm, attentive hospitality.

Since the property is wooden hence one can hear people walking around in the house.

The breakfast here is nice and tasty. Although the shower system on my floor went wrong on my floor in the first night, the owner deal with it quickly next day. I'm willing to come here for another day in Switzerland.

It takes 10 minutes walk from the Wildersswil station to the hotel if we fail to catch the bus and not willing to wait in cold wind for another half hour. What's more, the bar providing hot water is too dark in the evening and the switch buttons are hard to find.

The location was a bit away from busy streets and on a nice countryside-looking road with a beautiful view. Staff, particularly Mrs Ivon (sorry If I mis-spelt), the front office manager, was so lovely and friendly. Rooms are cosy but very traditional-looking (I loved that). The breakfasts are so fresh, delicious, nice-looking, and well served. (Loved the traditional Swiss cheese, fresh bread and homemade jams). Such a wonderful stay, for the best price, I could get from the entire Interlaken area/zone.

A tea/coffee sachet pack, with a water heater (two cups and a plate), in the room would be a nice addition for those who are travelling and arriving at the rooms late at night.

The staff are too friendly and very efficient in providing the best facilities to the clients. They were even ride to provide us a drive when the bus to interlaken got cancelled and we were to miss our paragliding slot. Breakfast is the best. Their Swiss Culinary(we had our dinner there) is just delicious.

Just the place is not in a feasible location of transport but if you can plan and be punctual it has good access. I felt Grindelwald and Lauterbrunner ah very nearby to this place.

Easy to find and very close to bus stop that allowed us to access Interlaken within 15 minutes. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and included in the price, staff were super friendly. A short 10 minute walk from the Wilderswil train station that enabled access to all major locations around Interlaken e.g Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald etc.

Quite noisy floorboards, could hear every little movement from the floors above us. Quite expensive for 2 nights although keep in mind Switzerland is generally expensive.

Knowing that we would like to have private restroom facilities to share only with our group, they made it happen. The apartment we stayed in was 400 years old and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Breakfast was amazing! Every member of the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Thank you again!

It was hard to know where to go when we arrived. Google had a struggle, or we had a struggle with google!

Very good location with public transport access to villages in the Jungfrau/Interlaken area. Beautiful scenery, walks etc nearby. Fantastic breakfast selection of breads, cheeses, meat and pastries taken at the hotel attached. Helpful staff. Free bus and train travel into Interlaken included (or a 45 minute walk via the Rugenbrau brewery, bar and restaurant)

Rooms in this building not as big or luxurious as our room in the main hotel a few years ago (but still comfortable and much lower cost, so no complaints)
