Very clean, towels and sheets changed each day. Duvet and two pillows for every guest. Stunning view from 17th floor (room) and 22nd floor (canteen). Hotel was really well communicated with the rest of the city. Ironing set and a hairdryer was an asset. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind, they spoke very good English. Free WiFi without a need for a log in.

Lack of a fridge. Small and sometimes overcrowded canteen (during a breakfast). Little space in the room. Long waiting time for an elevator to come. No possibility to open a window and get some fresh air in, air conditioning only.

Not really any options close to hotel if you wanted food and drink but not a problem if you're visiting the city Rooms were a little compact with the sofa and then a child bed set up, it was workable but not as spacious

The price was excellent, and the room was quite large... And so is the shower! It was very clean and quiet, and the view was great of the city. The staff are available and happy to help. They stored our bags for the whole day after checkout before leaving, so we were able to fit in more sites without the stress! It is well located for public transport- so even though it's not in the centre of Vienna, it only takes about 15-30 minutes to get to most of the attractions.

There was a misunderstanding with the housekeeping form, and so our room was not cleaned regularly as we expected. The pillows were thin and unsupportive- we had to ask for more to make it manageable, and we didn't receive them. The mattress was far too soft. There aren't many restaurants nearby, and those that are open close early because it's a business and office oriented area. So you have to eat dinner in the centre of the city or at the hotel restaurant.

Very nice and modern hotel in Vienna South. Check-in was very smooth, the lady who worked there was very professional and friendly, thanks for that! Furthermore, the room was clean, very modern with a big bathroom, shower and comfy beds. Would recommend to stay here.

Breakfast was perfect and it was located on the 22nd floor with an amazing view. Also the rooms were nice, comfortable beds.

We stayed there for 7 days, during our stay it was also the Easter break. Shops were closed for 2 days and we ran out of water and we kindly requested water from reception and we even told them to pay for it but they didn't provide to us they said we don't have you can go to a market to buy. I didn't like this behavior as I was with 2 kids and it was not easy to go and find a market to buy. My opinion is to have the option for their residents to give them water if they need it if not for free at least to buy.

Everything was ok, but if I had to find something, then it would be the location. I hesitated if it is to be considered a negative, because when someone books the place, knows the location beforehand. Nevertheless, just for clarity - the hotel is a bit further from the centre, but it is still manageable to get there by public transport (either Bus + U-Bahn or Tram)

Since we arrived in Vienna around noon and just wanted to leave our luggage, we were offered to check in and pick up the keys to the room. That was nice. The breakfasts were delicious, but you have to be there before 9 because it gets crowded. The views from the restaurant on the 22nd floor are wonderful. They make breakfast more enjoyable. There are bus stops right by the hotel. After changing to the metro or tram, you can reach the center in about 25 minutes. Next to the hotel two large supermarkets Billa and Hofer former Aldi. I highly recommend the Clarion Hotel

A very good breakfast with several choices. Staff friendly in general. Clean room, quite comfortable. Nice view of the city from our floor. Baggage could be left in a secured room without additional costs.

The breakfast could benefit from more choice on rotation basis. The lifts have sometimes malfunctioned and it was not possible to use them due to programme error. As we could not open the window to let the fresh air in (we were on 21th floor), we really needed some vents for better air circulation. The aircon blowing either too hot or too cold. We could not leave it on when we left the room during the day. When we came back, it was boiling hot inside. With the aircon being too cold, it is also easy to get a cold or sore throat etc. The shower door would not close tightly and there would always be some water on the bathroom floor after we used it. The location proved to be not ideal and it took us a long time to reach the city centre.

Really nice view from breakfast restaurant, clean and nice room, only not proper door to bathroom, but more like wardrobe door. Light switches wasnt working propertly but we wasnt bothered a lot about it as we used it only when went sleep and woke up in the morning. Staff really friendly, big breakfast buffet choices, everything nice and clean. Always made for me decaf coffee on order and one morning even fried eggs when I kindly asked for them. Thank you for your hospitality and amazing room upgrade to higher floor :)
