This was a great hotel for the price, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we loved using the outdoor and indoor pool, I even managed to do a little bit of sunbathing on the loungers they had there. The room was perfect for us and great for a few days, we walked into town one evening so not too far from everything. we would defnintely book again

Very good value for money. Room was very spacious and decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the harbour/ town. Staff were very friendly.

Google Traveled 7 hours for a romantic 3 nights away the host was super friendly when arrived easy check in and keyless entry which was a great concept the guy even took our suitcase to the room the room was basic but had what we needed for us they don't do food I gather they use to but we knew this before hand we used applebys 2 mins down the road for drinks and breakfast and went spoons in town and enjoyed taken trips out to seafront and even a French restaurant 2 mins away too I found the hotel to be clean and no issues their yes it's not modern or posh but for what we wanted we can't complain we had use of the pool inside and out and the sauna steam room all you need to do is ask him to turn them on which he did when ever we asked we also enjoyed some games of pool each day which is free also we sat outside with our own drinks and used facilities at our leisure if you need anything extra towels milk coffee all you need to do is ask and you will get it the shower was nice and hot always it was close enough to everything you needed without being to close to all the noise yeh sometimes hotel was nosey but what can you do it's great it's a child free hotel as we wanted away from our kids so was nice to not be surrounded by kids and enjoy the pool and the quiet parking could be tricky if you needed in and out as limited parking and street parking but we managed as only used cars to shops once. I think be better if the doors to outside in the morning were open earlier as nice to go out for a coffee when wake up we got a great price for three nights where as would of cost more just for two nights down the road so we got to enjoy a longer holiday if your a snob and want full on bar and food service ect then this won't be for you however if your happy with the simple things and love a bargain than I highly recommended this place 10/10 for us and would of stayed longer if we could Trip typeHoliday · Couple Rooms5.0 Service5.0 Location5.

Large room, clean & comfortable, friendly chap on front desk, comfy bed & decent shower. Mini toiletries & coffee biscuits were a nice touch. Good value for the price

Location- not far from beach and bars. Indoor pool was lovely. Games room was great for us.

Outdoor pool was out of use. Could have used more places to hang towels etc and an extra mirror but these are minor things

Location is fairly central but quite. The guy on reception was so helpful and polite to my children. The hotel is secure with a key pad for doors. The pool inside was very clean but not heated. The outside pool looked lovely but wasn't open during our stay but I'm guessing would be great in the summer with a hot tub too. Room was small but clean., but for the price we paid it was just as expected. Smart TV in the room was fantastic after a long day sightseeing. Places to eat around the corner. Around a ten minute walk to town area and 20 mins to beach/marina area I'd say. It's perfect for a cheap get away.

The grounds outside need a bit of tlc, as do the rooms as they are a bit basic. Rooms are warm so I'm not sure how I'd cope in them in the heat of the summer. Nothing would bother me enough not to return as it was an ideal place to stay. Thanks for having us.

Manager Ahmed was very welcoming and attentive. It was a calm peaceful atmosphere and we feel he'd of gone above and beyond for us. We stay at many hotels and this one by far was the most pleasant stay. Close to the beach, shops and many bars and restaurants. The garden area was very enclosed with a beautiful outdoor and indoor pool. We felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave. It was by far very homely and one of the best experiences we've had staying away. Would highly recommend no complaints at all. Superb value for money. We came home feeling refreshed and mindfully grounded. Very therapeutic.

Nothing we didn't like

We went for the Deluxe room and this was one of the biggest rooms we ever stayed in with lovely views. Great bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The key-less system is brilliant as you only need a PIN to get to your room and to the hotel. No breakfast which was no bother to us as so close to everything.

The indoor pool isn't really warm, neither are the spa facilities, but it was still very enjoyable.

I recently stayed at the Crafton Hotel and was incredibly impressed with the service provided by Ahmed. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ahmed was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly—always ready to help with a warm smile. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering local recommendations, or making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay, he truly made a difference. His dedication to excellent customer service made my visit even more enjoyable.Also he made sure the sauna and the swimming pool were ready for our use.
