Every time I'm in Napels I try to book this B&B. It has 6 rooms and I think I've l stayed in each of them now :-) What I like most is that most of the rooms are spacious and clean and well-maintained, equipped with toiletries, daily cleaning etc. Location is great, close to Metro Dante and Piazza Dante. Check-in is easy, although I havent seen any desk person in all these times. But they are easily approachable via whatsapp. Access is via a lift which has always functioned when I was there.

The studio is on the 3rd floor of a building accessible from a courtyard by elevator only. The studio was small, but cleverly fitted out so that it felt quite big (sliding doors, new furniture and completely made to measure). Very clean. Security codes everywhere. And a stone's throw from the Dante metro station and the place to be for authentic Neapolitan living day and night.

i thought for a luxurious room which I had booked it would have been slightly more luxurious. Good for a standard room. also when arriving late the we couldn't get in to our accommodation and flight was delayed and taxi was congested taht evening so arrived 30 -45 minutes later. Had texted to advise of lateness and the 24 hour helpline number when rung say to get in through the outer door of building which was inaccessible we were told that caller not available ant to hone back to now avail. We were very lucky that another couple came home and let us in to the building.

The hotel was very clean, modern and easy to access. Their arrival set up was very clear from the Whatsapp communications the day before. allowing for a Covid-19 safe check-in. Staff members were still available to be gotten hold of when we requested assist in booking taxis and were very kind and swift in out dealings. The hotel itself is very close to a few metros for easy getting around, and right by the Old Town for exploring and getting of food in the evenings. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Naples.

The communication. During all stay we didn’t receive answers to WhatsApp we sent. In the last day we sent regular msg and he answered immediately!!! And help us with a taxi.!! The most problematic thing: we arrived at 1:30AM (very late) in weekend and the door to the street was close and no answer in phone he asked us to call. We had lucky that we waited only 10 minutes standing outside until someone open the door.

The location was great, in central Napels, but still very quiet and the room well insolated from outside noise. The bathroom and shower were top, the bed was very comfortable. It had a small desk and a coffee maker and a small fridge where water f bottles were refilled daily. The room wasn’t very big, it felt a little cramped. The contact person provided us with adequate information on how to check in.

it was quite expensive for the size of the room. but hey, in central Napels it’s difficult to find a cheaper room for the same quality. I had expected to be received by real hotel staff in person but it wasn’t a hotel with proper service. The contact person communicated via WhatsApp. it felt a bit impersonal though.

Rooms were super spacious, shower was excellent and bed very comfy. This is a very modern, excellent place to stay. I would have given it 9 if aircon worked properly

The aircon could not be adjusted. Even when changed to a higher cooling temp it still blasted freezing air.

We spent our first night in Italy at Toledo 16. They were so helpful getting us from the airport and into the hotel with self check in since we arrived early. A perfect spot to relax and reset after a long day of travel. Great central location to sights, airport, and train station.

The room was small but fit the price so still a very good value. Spacious bathroom.

Would have liked glasses and cups rather than wax paper cups, especially for hot drinks. Didn’t see any staff but communication via WhatsApp was very good

It is very close to the metro station (Dante), every morning you can have your own coffee because in the room you will find a Nespresso Coffee Machine and they’ll provide you the capsules for it. The property is very clean and you can feel a really nice smell since you enter.
