I love the modern feel of the room so smart lots of plugs for your electronics and the desk behind the bed, genius. The shower was wonderful. You took it out of the box on decorating. The hardwood floors (hate carpeting) the bed facing the window the chaise lounge the lighting. The lighting was exceptional. Truly all the other hotels need to mimic what you did. So modern. Oh the location of the hotel was so great. We even walked over and got ice cream and a meal. Such a great location.

Only thing you did not come in and make the bed. You change the towels thank you but we were there for 4 nights and only 1 night was the bed made. Part of my vacation is not making the bed to have someone do it. So if you could have the beds made up you dont have to be change sheets but nice made up beds and ready for the evening that would make you perfect.

I spent such a long time researching the different hotels in MT. pleasant, worried I would pick something and end being disappointed for our anniversary weekend. This place definitely delivered. It was a very comfortable stay. I really liked the shower and we liked the room set up. I would definitely go back. We had zero issues. I’ve written less than 4 reviews in my entire life but I was hoping I could help someone else who is struggling to make a decision on a place to stay. I almost want to say that I was disappointed that there was no breakfast but at the same time breakfast at hotels usually suck and it was nice to be able to just go out for breakfast anyways so.

Location was amazing! Pool was a tad small but nice and clean. I would have liked a breakfast option but definitely not a dealbreaker. The staff were all pleasant and cheerful. The room was clean and fresh, as well as all other parts of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet— didn’t hear much outside noice which was great. The whole family enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable in every way, had plenty of free parking, and the staff very friendly. The location was near shops and restaurants and not too far from the Credit One tennis tournament or historic Charleston. The hotel offered some late afternoon and evening foods and drinks. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We knew breakfast was not included in our reservation but we did wish that the hotel would have sold some breakfast items in their eat-in area similar to offering food to buy in the evening. Even just bagels, muffins, juice, etc.

The hotel was located in a central location to my doctor's office. It was clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, The bathroom was spacious with an ample supply of towels and washcloths.

The shower 1/2 door needs to be taller or wider. Had a hard time keeping water off the floor. Also, there is no microwave in the room. I understand the reasoning, but being diabetic, I did not have any place to heat food to eat and having to go back to the first floor and then back to my room, food was not warm. If microwaves are not a standard, then maybe we could have a choice to have one put in the room when staying there if only for medical reasons like me or if I was traveling with a child.

We received a very warm welcome at the hotel. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Our rooms were immaculately clean, comfortable and we had no problems parking. The car park is free and has plenty of spaces - well it did on our visit. We found it easy to use Lyft to get in and out of Charleston and back to the hotel after an evening out.

We liked everything about the hotel and would return. Future guests may find it helpful to stock up on their own snacks and bottled water/drinks before arriving at the hotel, as the snacks. and drinks in the hotel kiosk are extremely expensive. On the day we stayed ( Sunday) there was no bar service available or sit down breakfast option the following morning, except from the kiosk/vending. There are plenty of places to eat around the local area within a short drive.

It was beautiful!! The place was spotless!! It should be a 5 star hotel instead of a 3. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating!!! I am definitely going to stay here again. My stay with them was amazing !!! Great rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, good water pressure in the shower. My sister dropped a small drop of hair conditioner on the floor, and I took a paper towel and wiped it off the floor and the paper towel did not have a spot of dirt anywhere on it!!! They even have hand sanitizer near the elevator doors. The ice maker was completely spotless. This place is one of a kind......it's spotless, comfortable, and very spacious and it was pretty quiet also!!! I give them 5 stars 💫🌟💫🌟💫🌟💫🌟💫🌟

There wasn't anything that I didn't like besides not enough parking spaces....

Everything was great. My only problem was that when we checked in, there was hair in the toilet and as a former Director of Housekeeping. I know that is a problem and will get a hotel bad scores. However, I did not bring it to the attention of staff a simple flush took are of it.

The hotel was spacious, clean, well maintained, had great facilities and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the towels were new and plush.

The hotel is about 20min drive from downtown Charleston over the Ravanel bridge. It was just a bit too far however it was only 10-12mins to Boone Hall which was good. It also had a lot of large stores nearby and several medical facilities so was great for that.

The location was perfect and close to everything!! The hotel smelled clean and fresh the.minute we entered the lobby and our room was clean (I am VERY picky and a germaphobe) and smelled so fresh. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfy! The one thing I would have loved was room service esp for breakfast but other than that it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the fridge. We are both diabetic and had to refrigerate insulin as well as drinks and it just didn't get cold enough nor had the space we needed.
