The room was clean, the breakfast was decent, one day they had sausage gravy and it was so good. They did a good job soundproofing the hotel because we couldn't hear our neighbors. We stayed here on the 4th of July weekend and the area was quiet, the guests were quiet. I hope the staff and management keep up the good job and keep enforcing those quiet hours so we can stay here again soon and have another positive experience. The hotel has a few shopping stores around, pharmacies and restaurants. The Isle of Palm Beach is 10 minutes away.

Everything was a lot better than we expected it to be.

quiet hotel could not hear my neighbors. i love that. i liked the excellent shower pressure. pool was clean. great AC. microwave and fridge and hair dryer worked great. i looooved a lot of hard surfaces to put my things on to limit bed bugs on my luggage. i requested to not be by an elevator and stairs and my request was granted. thank you.

i wish the breakfast included simplified food ingredients like eggs w/no cheese. plain bacon meat. gluten free options . i have a lot of allergies. i could only eat plain pork sausage. the rest of the entire food bar i could not eat.

I'm 64 yrs old and this was my FIRST grownup trip by myself. The staff was amazing, helpful and didn't make me feel stupid with the questions I asked. Breakfast was wonderful, so much to choose from and all of it was good. It was so much fun watching the kids with the pancake maker. This is the first of many more trips and I will definitely stay at another Holiday Inn Express. Thank you for making this a trip to remember......

I wish bacon and real pork sausage had been on the breakfast menu. THAT was the only thing. period!

Perfect location for visiting family in Mt. Pleasant. Comfy beds, large clean bathroom, but only pump products in bathroom. Breakfast good with hot and cold items, but early hours (6-9:30)

Thin, threadbare towels, cheap toilet paper/tissues, only pump bath products and no other amenities in bathroom. Early breakfast hours. Parking lot filled with (work?)trucks late at night

Great facility, clean, conveniently located. Breakfast was really good with coffee we could actually drink! We will definitely keep this in mind for future trips!

The thermostats were a challenge... 1 remote and 1 on the wall made it difficult to regulate the room temperature

This was our first stay @ HI- Morgantown and let's just say we WILL be back. We had tried a few hotel but we have already booked to stay here in Aug.to visit some family. The location of the hotel is super, the hotel is clean and the staff was available for anything we needed which was just a few towels. We did not venture around the hotel itself but we hope to try the in-house restaurant and breakfast next time.

We were all able to stay on the same floor. They front desk lady was extremely nice checking all of us in all at one time. She didn’t rush us or anything.

The only thing I could say is I wish there was more room to sit outside for all 12 of us.

The switches on the bathroom wall were damaged and should be replaced, the thermostat was not secured to the wall and the bathroom sink water pressure was low

The convenience to everything. The bed was great!

Down to one elevator and the working one had to go downstairs to get it or hope someone was coming up to your floor. The shower needs more water.

It was good. Staff was friendly and courteous. Most important it was clean. I am sensitive to cleaning chemicals, and I had no problems at all after staying three days.

The only thing I did not like was that the doors to the rooms had springs to close, but the springs were so strong that if you did not hold them, they slammed. It took a long time for people to learn this.
