It was a nice area & it wasn’t too noisy. We were able to sleep well and beds were comfortable.

Our only complaint is that there were people smoking weed on our floor and when they smoked, you could definitely smell it in our room. It’s smells like a skunk so not very pleasant. That happened about 3 times during our 2 night stay but honestly we smelled weed often in Atlanta so it must be something that is common in that city.

The staff was amazing! The bed sheets were clean, the bed was very comfortable! Definitely got some good sleep. It was quiet. Had a nice view of the highway 🛣 was on the 7th floor, which I loved. The room had a fridge and microwave. The lobby was very warm and inviting. We even had a game of Uno no mercy going! Location was great, everything literally 5 to 10 minutes away, shopping, restaurants. Nice stay.

The pool wasn't inviting. And the tub in our room wasn't as clean as it should've been... the towels smelled like throw up. But that's why I bring my own towels. Oh and although the parking is free... you have a choice to park outside or covered parking but, it is a walk from parking to the hotel... if you had a lot of luggage, you better drop your stuff in the lobby then go park...

I was here the night before surgery at a nearby hospital. The hotel was close by. I had to take a shower and do an application of anti-infection swabs to get ready for surgery the night before and morning of. I was concerned about cleanliness coming in, and , the room was very clean. It was also quiet. The drive to "pill hill" only took about 5 minutes.

Parking was up a hill and a pretty good walk. It happened to be raining fairly hard in the morning and my wife had to go up to go up the hill and walk in the rain to get the car to go to the Hospital. The hotel appears to be landlocked, so I don't think there is a lot they can do about the parking siutation.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the hallways were extremely cold.. weird.

The breakfast on Friday was poor, the bread was on top of the sausage, in the same tray. Also, there was rotten fruit in the basket. They made up for it on Saturday though, the food was hot and fresh with biscuits and gravey, grits, oatmeal and waffles as a part of the choices. Much better... I guess only eat breakfast on the weekends.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the location of the activities we enjoyed! It took little of no time to get to them which saved us time and gas.The hotel staff was great and friendly 🙂!

We had to request a clean up for the room and fresh towels which we didn't know we had to do. We thought it was done automatically. Also , the fridge was broken at the bottom but it worked. Although the security parking garage is great, climbing the hill 😂.....gave us plenty of exercise.

I paid for my rooms in full on Booking.com and have my receipt. The money was deducted from my bank account. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that Booking.com's virtual credit card on my account was not approved. They tried to run it three or four times, but my rooms were not paid for. I had to pay out of pocket again so my family could stay. I am very upset and extremely unhappy. Your service caused a significant inconvenience for me and my family this weekend. I am now getting the runaround trying to get my money refunded. This is unacceptable, and your service needs to be held accountable.

The staff were amazing, I have stayed there before and the staff are the reason i have come back. Breakfast is also good and dinner in the bar in the evening was a treat.

I think the room I stayed in this time looked a little tired, it might be time for a good paint job and new carpet.

Everything was good, clean & nice.

We had a sofa bed for our 3 person but no pillows were available because they were fully booked. I can understand but we also paid fully for our room and expect a pillow to sleep on for 3 people when we book for 3 people.

Great price and comfortable and really clean

We had ants and another bug in our first room then we moved rooms and there was a tiny spider on the bed sheets. THE ROOMS ARE ACTUALLY SUPER CLEAN, I think it was just one of those days and we were unfortunate 😂. Bugs can still find a way guys even in the best hotels.
