The rooms of the two bed apartment are large with plenty of space, great air con and lovely balconies. The main shared areas are clean and quiet. The apartments are clean and beds comfortable. Close to supermarkets and a couple of coffee shops and close to plenty of malls. Not too far from the airport and short drive to the beach. Lots of outside space safe for kids. A great reasonably cheap place to use as a base for exploring Oman.

The decor is tiered and a bit tatty but think that this is reflected in the price. This is not a holiday resort and whilst safe and welcoming, the majority of residents in the complex are permanent residents. The apartments are not fitted with a dishwasher, and no housekeeping to change sheets or towels, and no cleaning facilities are provided, not even a broom to sweep up which after two weeks with four adults in one apartment definitely is needed. There is a safe provided for valuables but is just a box sitting on a shelf which can just be picked up and walked out so not that safe. However felt very safe there so not a real concern. Wi-Fi not great and no European tv channels.

The apartment is huge. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is a good size as well as the living/dinning area. Three balconies, two bathrooms with a tub in each. The washing machine with a drying rack was awesome to have. Parking is easy and covered. Check in was great. The staff is very nice. Neighborhood kids all came out to.play on the evening my children enjoyed that.

No after hours phone number that has someone pick up, we wanted to stay an extra day and couldn't book another night. Things were lacking from the kitchen to actually make things or even to wash the dishes There was mold in the bathroom tubs, no way to sweep the floors and there was no offer for cleaning services.

This is my third stay at Muscat Oasis. As always, the apartment is huge, very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was also a breeze.

Cookware needs to be changed. There are several non-stick pots and pans, but they are unusable because the non-stick coating is scratched heavily, which makes them dangerous to cook in. I recommend stainless steel cookware as it is more durable, especially since the cooking spoons and such are already stainless steel, which is not good to use with non-stick but perfect with stainless steel cookware. Also, it seems that when plates, cups, cutlery...etc. are broken or lost, they are not replaced either. Management tries to be as accommodating as they can, but sometimes these things are simply not available, but they should be as people renting a furnished apartment expect to be able to cook comfortably in the kitchen.

An entire apartment, so plenty of space for the family. A nice, basic pool, with very few users. Close to supermarket, cafés (definitely go for Goppion Café!) and three major malls. Plenty of parking space.

Very hard beds, and I tend to like firm beds. Limited kitchen utensils. Spotty cleaning service (asked them twice to clean while we were away, but instead they entered unannounced at 8 in the morning on a day that we were actually there, in our undies...). Far from tourist spots, except the Grand Mosque.

The apartment was very spacious. It was so clean. The compound has great facilities. The location is great too. Only 8 mins away from Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and 15 mins from Oman Royal Opera House! The receptionist was very welcoming and you will get your own parking card. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Location - everything is nearby , nice location . Nearby Mall Big rooms , lovely surroundings

wifi - not working properly Cleaning Staff - Not visiting everyday to clean the Rooms , kitchen , taking Garbage . We had take care of these on own Far from Tourist Location like -Mutrah souq and corniche side

Facilities and location is great. I read lots of reviews which was mixed however our experience was great. Apartment was big enough and relatively clean. It’s next to all the big malls and eateries.

The room cleaning schedule was not clean. They never came to clean. We had to request it and they even didn’t clean as they said they only clean when guest are there which is strange.

Everything is excellent, spacious rooms , perfect location , friendly staff Only there's 1 small point for improvement, which is the wifi connection range . The wifi signal is good and strong , but the range isn't covering the whole apartment

Very nice, spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Easy to find, centrally located, free parking, supermarket close by. Check in out of hours was very easy. The pool is lovely, but very busy in the afternoon with swimming lessons so I recommend going in the morning.

The kitchen could have been better stocked. No spoons, no washing up equipment, etc. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The apartmemt was large and spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a roomy kitchen and a large livingroom with both a diningtable and a sitting group. The beds were large and comfortable.

The kitchen was not propperly cleaned. It looked ok, but the cabinetshadles were sticky and some utencils were not propperly cleaned.
