Location excellent! Breakfast was great!

Our double was a very small room & bathroom. The other double on our same reservation was large with a balcony & large bathroom. We paid the same price ????

It's a three-star hotel, but amenities and facilities were excellent. Many electric outlets, bright celling lights, perfect plumbing, a working desk, water boiler, refrigerator, clothes hangers, and money deposit box were all excellent. The location across the SBB Geneva station was the best of the bests. Everything is near the hotel. It takes only 15 minute walk across the river bridge to get to the Geneva old town, which was not well-known but nice. Taxi between the airport and the hotel cost about CHF50.

The receptionists were not particularly friendly. The room was a bit small but OK. For unknown reason one of two toilet paper rolls was taken away so toilet paper was short at the end of the stay.

This hotel is located very close to the train station, which made it a perfect choice for us to maximize our limited time to visit Geneva. We were able to check in, and get right back out for a quick (yummy) lunch nearby and then a bit of exploration. We liked our room, especially its little refrigerator to store cool drinks - it was quite hot in Geneva during our stay. The breakfast was very nice, and even included scrambled eggs (my husband's favorite.) We liked that the hotel provided us with the Geneva Transport card. We merely used it to take the train to the airport, but if we had stayed longer I feel sure we would have used it a lot!

The location, cleanliness and facilities in the room were excellent. The room was modern, bright and large with a large shower/bathroom. It was also very quiet despite being opposite the main train station; the a room facing the main road and it being a Friday night. The price was also very reasonable.

I arrived late in the evening (around 11pm ish), which I had alerted the hotel to when I had booked. When I arrived there was no one on reception and I had to wait around 10minutes to check in. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to do as although I called out a few times, no one came and I wasn't sure if I was somehow meant to check myself in. It would have been very helpful if the person covering the reception could have left a note (with a time on it) that said something like 'Back in 10 minutes'. When he came back he explained he had been called away, which I understand, but having a note alerting me to the fact that someone would come and roughly when, would have been good.

Location excellent.Right in the middle of cafes and opposite the rail station. Had a lift although a beautiful staircase, spiral type. Breakfast had a good choice and nice setting. Bathroom was huge and warm tiles on the floor. The bed was comfortable. A bit noisy on the 5th floor but had windows open for air. couple of armchairs. Free wifi.

The shower was in a bath with a 1/2 screen. Just felt when getting out it was a risk of a slip and fall as nothing to. hang onto and you had to step over the bath. There was a towel rack but it was not strong enough to be a support. Only a small thing as the bathroom was great, but was a bit WHS.

Room is comfortable and I slept well - when I occupied the room at about 15.45 the noise from the building work opposite was annoying - However that stopped after 5pm but then a musician set up his store in the pedestrian way and his pipes were very annoying - somebody must have told him to leave; when I came back from my dinner the room was quiet and the piper was gone! staff in the breakfast room were kind and friendly and I enjoyed a good breakfast before leaving by train to Paris

The Piper in the street and the drill opposite but both were stopped when i went to bed so that little problem was sorted out.,

I would go back just for the towels! They smelled sooooo good. First hotel I've ever been to that didn't use non-scented laundry detergent. Fantastic! Towels were also thick and fluffy. Shower gel and liquid soap also smelled amazing. Staff were great and I had everything I needed.

Only thing that could be imprpved is the closet. The rod for hanging clothes was way too low to hang pants or dresses. Also because of where the hotel was situated - main road in front of the main train station - it was very loud when I opened the window...but what else can be expected in the middle of the city.

Very clean, modern room with comfortable bed, lots of plugs by the bed, a small balcony looking over the city. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast had good variety: yogurt, cereals, fruit, juice, eggs, different meats, cheeses and breads. Location across from the train station, so easy for travellers. Location is good overall. Shops close by as well as cafes, good coffee spots and the lake front is 10 min walking. Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Good value for Geneva.

Nothing!

My room was clean and comfortable and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for my needs - adjacent to the main railway station and a short and pleasant walk from the lakefront. Noise was not a problem at night despite the proximity of the station. There were several reasonably priced restaurants (by Geneva standards) nearby, too.

My single room was a little on the small side, but not unusually so for a downtown location; it was fine for an overnight stay, but would have been a bit cramped for a longer visit. The insulation between rooms could have been better, although it wasn't a problem for me. Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer, but then that seems to be true of most Swiss hotels.

I have to travel to Geneva 2-3 times every year for business (except during the pandemic), and this hotel has become my home away from home during my visits. The location is very convenient, just across the road to Gare Cornavin, the main train station and other public transport connections. The hotel has been renovated recently and is spotlessly clean. I was surprised to see that they had even installed new lifts. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. My room was located on the top floor overlooking Gare Cornavin, but was not noisy at all. The room was nice, clean and spacious and had a balcony from which I enjoyed the view everyday with a cup of hot coffee. The room and bathroom were cleaned regularly, and I did not lack any amenities. A simple but fresh breakfast spread is provided everyday, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the area. The staff were kind, helpful and very professional.

I would prefer a bottle of water every day, instead of just a bottle on the first day. The bed was a bit saggy need to be replaced.
