Location was great and the room was very clean. Bathroom was a good size and well-appointed.

The pillows were not supportive enough and you could hear people talking and laughing in the next room. The entry instructions could have been a bit more clear.

The location was super central, 2 minutes walk to the City Hall, good connections with the public transport as well, the apartment has everything you might need (even a coffee machine with capsules), the bed is confortable, the room is soundproof, it was perfect for 3 nights and we would definitely come back here.

The only thing we didn’t like was that they don’t offer storage facilities, so you can’t leave your bags there if you arrive early for check in or depart late for check out. This was quite inconvenient and it would be a perfect stay if they solved this issue somehow.

Location in old town was really convenient. 100m approx from Marketplatz, where a lot of trams run very frequently. Unit is approx: 15 mins walk from Basel SBB station, downhill and fairly even for wheely bags. Coop market 100m away also. Unit was very comfortable, new kitchen utensils to cook a meal, oil and good quality ground salt and pepper. The washing machines on the 5th floor run via an app which was easy to follow.

Nothing really. I found the unit very warm, and slept with windows open at the top behind the curtains which cooled it a little. I registered the issue with the support and they were going to look into whether there was a problem or not. The remote response over web page was good. I asked for extra pillows for example and they came next day. Only 1 pillow per person was not enough to sit up on the bed to watch TV. Should be 2 each anyway, looks better.

Easy check in process and easy to find. Very close to team stop at Marketplatz. Requested early check in for free and it was honoured So clean!! Price was very reasonable. There are no staff at all on hand, no reception so that might not be suitable for everyone. I didn’t mind it. Website was easy to navigate to manage your stay. Received emails and texts with relevant info upon check in.

It wasn’t clear to me that the room comes with a BaselCard that comes with free public transport travel and 50% off attractions. When I learnt about the card I expected it to be in the room, however it is a virtual card that is emailed upon check in, which went to my spam folder. We were only staying for a short trip so I didn’t make much difference in the end but it would be helpful if the logistics around the BaselCard were clearer. I emailed support about it and they were helpful however they only work Monday to Friday.

Limehome Basel is very centrally located by the Marktplatz tram stop. I love this area with many nice restaurants, supermarkets and an open-air market in Marktplatz itself. You must be aware that Limehome operates fully without staff-reception, etc. For me this is ok, and works well for my purpose, as I know Basel very well and do not need support from a concierge or reception. I really like the comfortable, clean and functional rooms. They have a kettle and coffee making machine (Nespresso) which is great. The bathroom is very nice with a good shower and a high-quality hair dryer. Rooms are well soundproofed.

For stays of more than 2 days, I would appreciate to have more hangers for clothes.

I liked this new studio very very much. Both room and bathroom was big and very clean. The bath looked new and clean and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, and the neighbourhood felt safe and was pedestrian, no cars. The tram was 100m away, and many lines. I also liked the Basel card we got through the hotel, which ment we could travel free all over Basel.

Its a little difficult when you can't leave your suitcase for a few hours after you checked out. But luckily the central train station has good and easy access lockers. Close to the airport bus. Maybe Lime home should say this on their website.

The room was exactly as in the photos, comfortable, clean and modern. The bed is also very comfortable. Location is central but quiet, my room had a view on Basel Rathaus. The support team was very responsive in answering questions over email. I also got Basel Card over an email that I could use for transportation. There was an option for free early check-in, which I did not use since my arrival was in latter afternon. I liked that only code is used for unlocking, so that I did not have to worry about carrying the key.

The only issue was shower drain, which was a bit cloged so that water drainage was to slow. Please fix that.

It was immaculately clean. Very comfortable, and very close to the center of all things. I also like the use of a code number rather than a key.

The bathroom door wasn't really a door. It was wafer thin and a slider. Let's just say the acoustics were awful. Another petty incident is that they offer a couple of coffee capsules for a Nespresso machine. We ran out of them and asked for more but they said they don't do housekeeping or refills unless you're there for over a week or pay 30 franks. So I guess I had to buy my own capsules? Also, what if the toilet paper ran out.. Its a bit petty, as I said, but I think that if you put a coffee machine for the use of your clients, there's no reason for them to need to buy capsules for it.

Great location on the old centre but remarkably quiet outside. Perfect for stepping out and exploring the old town and within way walking distance of many sights. The room was exceptionally clean and modern and very comfortable. There are no staff on site but there’s good communication and clear instructions on how to enter the building and the room. As a solo traveller I liked the security.

The hotel was quiet and there was no noise in the corridor and between rooms. However because of the hard floors I could hear the person above moving the dining chairs and walking around in their shoes.

This flat was very nicely decorated, neat and clean. The kitchen had most of the needed equipments. The equipments were brand new and clean. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. the location of the flat was perfect, very central - across the street of Town Hall Building. Around the flat there are nice restaurants and supermarkets like Migros and Coop. Almost 30 steps to the bus station. Very easy to travel from the train station to the flat.

The twin bed in the living ( the sofa bed ) was not very comfortable for our kids. But overall everything was more than we expected. Thank you.
