We initially faced a disappointment with our suite not having a balcony, but Rasmi quickly sprang into action. The reception team was so helpful especially Khaled . The rooms ar spacious and the beds are comfortable. The chek in was so late we received the rooms at about 7:00 p.m. however the reception team tried their best to make us happy by inviting us to the cafe next to the hotel and offering us drinks and snacks which was so good. I had ordered a non-smoking rooms nonetheless we were given a smoking room which was uncomfortable and they could not change the room because of full book hotel .

The housekeeping staff was not professional, the rooms were nit hovered at all. The bedding was not clean and the towels had a bad smell . It important to indicate that the pools are not in the hotel it is elsewhere in a gym next to the hotel and it is very important to know that the entering to the pool is not allowed for the children under 18 years old which was so disappointing for my children. In the overall our stay at this hotel was so good

This is an amazing hotel- our room was more like an apartment, including everything a family needs. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The neighborhood is great and clean. The people working there are very kind. Breakfast had everything!

The only thing I would say is the pool area. The hotel is cooperating with a gym on the same block, so the pool doesn't belong to the hotel. You need to go out of the hotel and get to the gym reception to have access to the pool. I can tell you we did not feel welcome at this huge gym while looking for the pool area, and also, the pools were dirty. My kids (11 and 15) were not allowed to use the big pool, although the small one was for very young kids.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Amman, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed — perfect for both family vacations and business trips. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay. What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff, especially at the reception. I want to give special thanks to Farah at the front desk — she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Her warm attitude made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant.

Had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived there. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. If we needed anything, we could ring down and the reception staff would get what we needed straight away. The location of the hotel is good as well. We were so happy with the hotel and staff that we ended up booking another night. They sorted this request out for us quickly and without any problem’s. Thank you for a lovely stay! Thank you to all the staff that work there during our stay. Will definitely rebook when I’m in Amman again!

Nothing to complain about!

Good location. Lovely cafe downstairs to hang out or work. Staff was super helpful, cheerful and kind. Definitely made my stay enjoyable. Very good vibes at the hotel. Room was spacious and there’s a fridge, freezer, oven and cooker. Little gestures like giving a cookie and chocolate on arrival makes the place more memorable. *farah at reception was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely say the staff made the stay much more comfortable. Mahmoud too who helped greet me when I arrived at the hotel. Can see the effort the staff puts in treating their guests well.

The breakfast was good and all the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Hotel was nice but really far from the center.

They dont attend to guest really well. We stayed 2 nights. They cleaned the room and put only 1 bath towel. We called couple of times to provide additional towels but nobody showed up. Reception is not too helpful. A little rude to be honest. The service overall is not of 5-star quality. Would stay around boulevard area next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very beautiful, luxurious, high-quality, and exceptionally clean. The entire staff was amazing, especially Farah and Thouraya, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and elegantly furnished. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Overall, everything was absolutely excellent

When we booked for 5 people and the apartment has 4 beds, charging for the extra bed per night seemed excessive, but still, they were kind enough to accommodate our wish!! Lovely team.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was cleaned thoroughly and smelt lovely. The suite booked was a good size and decorated beautifully.

It’s not quick or easy to walk to central Amman from the hotel, but you can easily get a taxi, which is quick and affordable. The swimming pool in the attached gym is good for dedicated, sporty swimming, but not so good for relaxed swimming.
