Super family room. really comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds.

Breakfast is far too expensive to have in the hotel with a family. Perhaps you could offer a family formula including continental breakfast

The location is a fair walk from the old centre and you need to walk past a park filled with drug addicts, but this isnt the hotel's fault and we took a taxi later to avoid the park

We loved the lounge areas, and the decor was great. the staff were all fantastic.

it was a little distance from the city area and there were some dubious characters hanging out near the station, which may be normal for Hamburg but was a bit confronting for us.

The only thing is the water in the shower going everywhere for the lack of a suitable glass door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a nice little bar there and the bar staff were great. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice.The location was a very short walk to the local underground U-Bahn and S-Bahn Berliner Tor Station,with 3 stops to the Rathaus Christmas market, also there was a very big supermarket and cafe a 3 minute walk away.

There was no tea making facilities in the room, you could request a kettle from the reception, but with such a British theme about the place I thought a kettle and teabags would be a must. The shower design allowed water to wet the floor sometimes. These are minor things and would not prevent me from staying here again.

Shower was very strange. Needs some door, because after careful showering, all bathroom is wet.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were really clean. The interior looked very new and stylish and the bed was absolutely comfortable. Also the location is close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof.

It would have been nice to have an electric kettle and a hairdryer in the room but everything else was totally perfect!

The breakfast was the real highlight. Fantastic choice of hot and cold fare. Very attentive chef and breakfast team. And yes an English breakfast on offer! The rooms are clean although a little dark with black flooring and furniture. A nice hotel.

In a British themed hotel not to have tea making facilities (ok and and coffee for the non Brits) in the rooms seemed a bit strange. Also there was no refrigerator in the room. A roof top bar and sauna are on the website and "coming soon", but the staff cannot tell you when. Management need to communicate that. The double beds are not double, but single ones pushed together and are not fixed in any way (clamps on the legs...not rocket science) and do not have double toppers. So move apart. A common fault in many hotels which aim to give flexible sleeping arrangements
