Quiet, immaculate rooms in a quiet setting, within easy reach of the motorway. Matteo was the perfect host. He was waiting for us as we arrived and helped us to the beautiful room at the top of the house. Private parking immediately outside the rooms. Good restaurant within 15 mins wal.

Nothing really. It is a fair walk to the centre of Lucca, especially if it's raining, but relatively straightforward

Our rooms were very clean and the outdoor space was very well kept. Short drive to the centro as well as our favorite restaurants outside of the wall. Bikes were available for use and the owners were friendly and helpful.

We liked the room which was nicely decorated, spaceous and quiet and the excellent breakfast outside. The location is very near LUCCA and by bike it took us only ten miinutes to reach LUCCA's historical center. We were five and the owners provided us bikes to all of us.

Very convenient location outside the wall of the city and very close to cycle path that brings directly into the historical city centre in less than 10 minute. The place provided also very good bikes for free to reach the city centre which allowed us to cycle along the walls and conveniently visit the historical city centre by bike. Antonella is a very good host who provided all information we needed. Breakfast is good and the place is spotless clean with nice details and very well looked after.

The room was very nice and cocy, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variaty of options. The hostess was very nice, accommodating and attentive, despite a little language barrier, however the host understood English perfectly and was very helpful with tips and suggestions. Would defintely stay again and longer.

We spent 2 nights here as a base for exploring Lucca. The location was quiet and had a safe parking area. Eleanora and Matteo were very friendly and helpful hosts. They offer the use of bikes free of charge and it was great being able to cycle into and around Lucca. Only a short ride to the walls or about a 20 minute walk. Was lovely sitting outside to have breakfast. Would highly recommend

The hosts - mother and son - were most gracious and helpful. The breakfast was more than ample and served in their pleasant back garden. The room was quiet and comfortable.

This is not a dislike, but it needs to be mentioned that the property is not a reasonable walking distance from the city center. It is, however, the perfect bicycling distance. The property provides well-maintained bicycles free of charge. Everybody is bicycling in Lucca - it is the perfect way to see the city.

Nothing to do with accommodation but a little to far from town centre, 25 minutes.

A nice BnB 10min cycle outside of Lucca with nice staff and nice rooms. Cycling into town is the best way to reach Lucca, the property has loan bikes

Such a cosy place to stay. Very friendly owner and son. Delicious breakfasts in her cosy dining room. Very clean room and close to Lucca. Just off the motorway but absolutely silent. We will be back!
