The room was really fancy, we liked the comfortable and stylish bed, and the beautiful ceiling. The one chair for two was funny. Thank you for the coffee maker, we really appreciated it! The shared bathroom was clean, too.

The flat is near to the main square in a narrow street, which means much traffic. Many people were on the streets till late night, and early in the morning the motorbikes began to come and go. If you close the window, the noise can be reduced, but for light sleepers it can be still disturbing.

The location as it was around 4 minutes walk from the piazza del campo. The whole apartment was authentic Italian, the doors, the ceiling was from the last century. The lady (Katarina) was very helpful and kind, helping us everywhere in everything.

It would been nice to have air conditioning, as at night it was around 28 Celsius, for us it was a bit harder to sleep.

A beautifully furnished and decorated ‘historic’ large bedroom and a comfortable four-poster bed; a good shared bathroom, an espresso machine for guests’ use.

The room was very dark (no sun at all from the window over the street); the host did not explain to me before arrival that he lives off site and I would have to wait for someone else to bring the keys.

Great hosts with good communications and lots of good local advice from Katarina.

The shower room was a crazy arrangement - basically a toilet cubicle with a shower installed on a wall around which you pull a rickety curtain. Really below what I would consider “basic”. The windows were very poorly maintained, could not be closed properly, and provided no noise insulation from the very loud concert held at piazza del campo until 2am!!!

Confusion over parking. Suggest really clear instructions on best place to park. Location is very close to main square which is really convenient but in narrow street so there was noise from late "revellers".

The location of the room is just perfect! Siena is a lovely historical city and I stayed directly in its heart. Also, it was very easy to go to the Via Francigena from the apartment. I appreciated my short stay a lot.

Very nice and friendly host! Understanding and helpful, she even let us stay past the checkout.

I tried showering on the morning of our stay and unfortunetly there was no hot water. Maybe because someone was showerig before me, or because of the working washing machine. Anyways, i would like to have known that this could happen beforehand.

Location is really good! Just a 3 min walk from Piazza del Campo. The place itself gives you a hint of how it used to be to live in medieval Siena. The room is comfortable and clean. You can enter Siena ZTL to leave/pick up you luggage but parking is outside the city walls (which is not a big problem). And most importantly, it is great value for money!

very nice old style romantic room with private bathroom. Spacious room, very big and comfortable. 5mins walking to the townhall and the central square of Siena.

Location was brilliant, right near the centre

Streets were occasionally noisy, especially late in the evening (if you enjoy sleeping with the windows open). Getting a taxi (as a non native Italian to the location is tricky)
