Great location beautiful scenery friendly fast service staff are accommodating polite and prompt. The property is very clean and maintained and the rooms are very spacious clean and have everything I needed central ac heat full fridge outstanding kitchenette with all utensils pots pans cookware included. It's very quiet which is perfect no loud partying or noise wonderful place and perfect vacation.

The only take away is if you have a large vehicle truck you may want to park in the front of building or they have extra parking in the roundabout.

I loved this suite because it had all the essentials a kitchen with some stuff already there, a living room with an extendable couch for families of four, and a lovely view and extraordinary rooms with everything you need. Laundry was excellent and easy to access. Plus BBQ accessibility.

I loved everything but for disabled people or elderly you could fix the elevator.

What a splendid place in every way! Our corner suite of this "time share condo lodge" was spacious, and well furnished, almost like a one bedroom apartment. The kitchenette was small with little counter space, but was certainly adequate for our 3 night stay. The double sinks in the bathroom were a plus. We had lovely views over trees and a great feeling of privacy. They even had a huge selection of DVDs to loan us. The location is very convenient to South Lake Tahoe. Very friendly staff!

The gas fireplace was broken, and our unit did not have a toaster. . . although, they mentioned on checkout that they would have provided one if we had only asked. There is not a sign on the main road for this lodge. . . thank goodness for our GPS.

Property is very nice and family friendly with all the amenities. Easy access to everything.

Staff at the office/front desk Whose name (Jennifer)she is not that friendly. Especially when we ask for a cup of coffee. She makes me feel uncomfortable or bothered for asked.

Perfect location! Minutes away from ski lifts and a short walk from Lake Tahoe beach. The one bedroom apartment offers a kitchenette equipped with everything you need.

The spa schedule is cut short.

Tough to get to main area of South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Village . Not many Ubers. Had to take scooters.

Great location. We were there in April, just after the big snowfall, so there were few customers. The staff despite the events was present and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the equipment to be able to cook (fridge, coffee machine, cooking plates...). A very good stay. Great value, would come back !

Breakfast was ok. But it was only on Saturday, which was disappointing

The cost to Uber fo the main strip was $16 so we did a lot of walking.

I absolutely will return to stay again. I didn't hear any kids or pets or any noise at all. I was extremely comfortable and the staff was so sweet.very clean rooms. Everything you need is in your room.

There's not one thing I would change. My family also had a very relaxing trip.

Our accommodations were wonderful. It felt like we were in an apartment. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The unit was immaculately clean. It was a bargain compared to other places we’ve stayed for about the same amount.
