I enjoyed the stay! The room was exact match to website pictures. We stayed in the King room w/ living room pull out sofa. Room was clean and spacious. We went down at 5pm for complementary drinks and to order food. Food was good and conveniently located by the bar. That was nice considering traveling over 6 hours. Also during 5pm drink hour some snacks were laid out such as carrots, celery, dip, pretzel mix, salsa and chips, crackers and cheese. Check in was smooth as well as check out. Breakfast was so much better than expected. Pancakes, yogurt, made to go omelettes, eggs, oatmeal, potato’s , bacon, sausage, toast, coffee, soda, juice, all condiments, oranges, bagels, milk, and cereal. Excellent and well organized spread. I was traveling with my mother who is legally blind and she enjoyed the room as well as other amenities. Staff was friendly and bathrooms in lobby spacious and clean.

Everything was excellent. Only minor issue I had was calling the front desk I was placed on hold for a while. I hung up tried to call again and no answer, so I just simply walked down to get assistance.

There was a ( blondish)young man at the reception desk when we arrived. He was very welcoming and very helpful..a great start to our visit.I wish I’d asked his name because he went out of his way to be helpful to my son & his family and myself on several occasions. Our rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Evening reception and breakfast was an enjoyable bonus, and the large open reception room was comfortable to gather and visit in. . The breakfast staff was also very pleasant , and the personalized omelette’s were great. This place is definitely a “ don’t judge a book by its cover “ type of hotel. Outside appearance is really just ‘okay’ , but inside was warm and welcoming.

The coffee was ok, not great..but Starbucks is very nearby.

The room was spacious with a little living room area and a separate bedroom area. The breakfast was fantastic. This was a trip that I made for my father and his lady friend. He loved the accommodations, and was very happy with his room and breakfast.

We had a little bit of trouble at check-in, where the reservation was not found easily. New young staff. However, the manager made everything right, and was very accommodating to fix the issue.

Beds were awesome

The food was not very good. It has been several years since staying at an embassy suites I noticed a big change in the quality of food. Disappointing bagels not sliced no way to slice them dried up sausages it was 8:30 when I was eating the potatoes were limited as they were not replenished neither of there receptacles pretty much only 5 potatoes were avail to eat.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is helpful and the rooms are lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the common space at this hotel is really nice and we appreciated a variety of breakfast options. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Additional fee for parking a car at the hotel. I know this is common in bigger cities, but I would have appreciated it if parking had been complimentary.

Good breakfast. Rooms spacious. The evening staff found a better location for me even though they were fully booked when the first room we had was too noisy. I appreciated her willingness to find a solution for us.

Only one elevator so had to walk a lot with my 94 year old mom to get to the room, which was on the opposite corner.. kids running around late at night and early in the morning could be heard in the courtyard.

Close to everything. Mostly clean. Nice size room. Comfortable. The breakfast was a very nice selection however it was cold but good.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was a light sulpher smell in the bathroom and hallway at all times. Floors were sticky in the bathroom. We also had noisy neighbors that went into the night

The breakfast was good. Have you ever thought of hot chocolate? There was a good variety. The happy hour was nice. The snacks were just right! All was a nice surprise!

The tables in the lounge area were a little dirty from breakfast when we went down for happy hour. There was some syrup from the pancakes. Other than that all was good.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The two free drinks and the free breakfast were wonderful perks. The staff was helpful and friendly. I love that my little dog was welcomed warmly by the staff.

However, the room was too cold, and I had difficulty adjusting the temperature, so I turned it off. There could have been a couple of extra waste baskets.

Good breakfast food which was quick to get and staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms spacious, beds and bedding comfortable, nice having extra sink and fridge/ microwave. Happy hour was great. Pool looked nice but didn’t have time to go. Location close to cal poly and downtown. Front desk staff very friendly.
