The staff were friendly and welcoming, the interior was nice, everything was clean, and the room was quiet - the only occasional noise was from people walking loudly near the elevator on the floor. The location is excellent

The only downside was the breakfast service. Hot dishes ordered from the menu took a very long time to arrive, often more than 15 minutes even when the dining room was almost empty with only 1–2 other guests. The buffet was also replenished very slowly; for example, if watermelon or boiled eggs ran out, it could take a while for them to appear again. Twice I had to leave breakfast without getting my hot dish because the wait was too long.

Our stay at Bazzar Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The location is superb — right in the heart of the city but tucked away from the chaos of the city center. We absolutely loved the charming street it’s on, surrounded by chic restaurants and cozy cafes that gave the area a vibrant, local feel. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the incredible receptionist, Naina. She took such good care of us, going above and beyond — even saving the day by arranging a last-minute driver for our Kutaisi excursion when our original one canceled unexpectedly. She truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, and the ambiance of the hotel was modern, chic, and incredibly comfortable. We felt at ease from the moment we arrived until the day we left. If you're visiting Tbilisi and looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel with heart — Bazzar Hotel is the place to be.

Can't say anything bad at all!

We stayed for four nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience—this will absolutely be our go-to hotel when we return to Tbilisi. The location is perfect—tucked away on a charming little street with lovely cafés, and just a minute’s walk from the flower market and taxi pick-up point. We used Bolt throughout our stay—taxis are very cheap compared to London and super convenient. The parallel street has more great bars and coffee shops—not the tacky or noisy kind, but tasteful and relaxed. It’s a peaceful area with no loud music or rowdy crowds at night. When we first arrived, there was a small issue with our room—we were given the smallest one in the hotel, facing a wall. I’m not sure how the mix-up happened through Booking.com, but it was resolved immediately and professionally by the manager, Anna. The next day, we were upgraded to a room with a stunning city and mountain view, which was absolutely fantastic—spacious, clean, filled with natural light, and even had a lovely scent and a small Smeg fridge. The room had excellent air conditioning—strong and easy to control—which made our stay super comfortable. The shower had properly hot water with great pressure (very important for my husband!), which we really appreciated after long days of walking. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable (and I’m quite particular about them), and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Communication with the reception team was excellent. The girls were always smiling, spoke great English, and were genuinely helpful. They even arranged a small birthday cake for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception is open 24/7, which is a huge bonus for a small boutique hotel and made everything feel even more convenient and secure. Just a 10-minute walk away is an amazing restaurant called Khinkali Collection. Their garlic chicken and house-made doughnuts (ponchiki) were so so good, we went back twice.

If I had to suggest one thing to improve, it would be the downstairs area—I didn’t see a cosy lounge or space to relax besides the dining tables. A chill-out corner would make the hotel feel even more welcoming.

Perfect location on a pedestrian street. Keep in mind that you’ll have to walk a bit from the taxi to the hotel. Very stylish and clean rooms with everything you need: lots of towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel and other toiletries. There are a kettle and a coffee machine in each room, and also free drinking water. One minus: the windows are not soundproofing, so if you need a nap during the day, don’t forget to bring your earplugs. But in the evenings it’s usually quiet. Breakfasts are delicious, you can take whatever you want from the buffet and also order omelette, shakshuka, waffles and many more by the menu. One thing that touched my heart - if your flight back is very early, they can make a breakfast to go for you! And it is very decent! And they also attach a nice letter to a bag. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

My friend and I just loved this hotel. You really can't beat it for location, amenities, and price. But the best part was the staff. Specifically, the ladies at the front desk, Neko and Nino were super kind and helpful! They answered a lot of questions for me, helped with taxi rides, and dinner reservations. They truly went above and beyond. I chose a room that included breakfast, and it was super. The bar/restaurant area is lovely. So much of what we wanted to see and do in our three-night, four-day stay in the city was within walking distance. You can also take Bolt taxi which is inexpensive, and easy.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

My stay at Bazzar Boutique Hotel ranks as one of my best stays ever in my life. There are many examples of the staff's kindness and hospitality, but I will mention just one: We arrived at Tbilisi with a car and could not find the hotel. After calling the reception, the manager, Ancha, came to our car, drove with us to the nearest parking lot, assisted with the payment, walked with us back to the hotel - and even offered us welcome drinks (wine for the adults, hot chocolate for the child) while our room was being prepared. This experience, together with the wonderful breakfast, excellent location, and the feeling that the staff will do everything they can to make our time enjoyable, deeply contributed to our love for Tbilisi and Georgia. We will definitely return to Tbilisi, and we already know where we'll stay!! Thank you Ancha and all the staff!!

Absolutely nothing!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location to explore Tbilisi! It's located right in the city centre in a pedestrianised area next to the park, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to walk to the main road to access buses and grab taxis. Much quieter and more pleasant than the old town, yet not too far if you want to visit there. The staff were exceptional, and helped me to book one of the local hot springs. The breakfast selection was extensive. Would definitely recommend to stay here in Tbilisi!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the stylish and modern decor. The attention to detail in the design created a unique and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Bazzar Boutique Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced my stay. I must say, this hotel is underrated and deserve a good rating! The rooms at the hotel were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the view and super clean bedding. The attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the room, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. One of the standout features of Bazzar Boutique Hotel was the exceptional dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with a variety of delectable dishes. The day we arrived they had a nice event for the launch of the new menu. The quality of the food and cocktails was outstanding. The presentation was equally impressive, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each meal was a culinary delight. Another aspect that impressed me was the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. I would only say that the amenities were not what I expected :( a fully equipped gym would be a nice to have. The team surprised me with a nice gesture and presented a cake with a heart warming birthday card for my birthday I felt that was personalized and lovely. Overall, my experience at Bazzar Boutique Hotel was exceptional.

We loved everything about this place. First of all, the amazing, helpful crew! Location, the view from our terrace, comfort, breakfast, delicious creations by the star chef Tekuna at the hotel restaurant. Living here feels like diving into the world of the luxurious interior design. The colours, textures, and shapes repeat the character of the surrounding market. Stay here if you crave true Tbilisi. We will be back again. This is certain.

On our arrival, we were surprised in our room, a platter full of delicious Georgian delicacies and a beautiful greeting card, signed by the hotel management. Unfortunately, only in English. We missed unique Georgian writing on the labels and logos, too. The bathrobes are rather for the S or M sizes. Very poor choice of Georgian TV channels, as far as we could see. An iron in the room would be very appreciated.

We loved everything about this hotel—its location is unbeatable! It’s within walking distance of nearly all the must-see attractions in Tbilisi. Even better, it’s situated on a pedestrian-only street, free from car traffic, making it incredibly peaceful. The area is also surrounded by fantastic eateries and bars, and parks adding to the overall charm. The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and cleaned daily. The staff is incredibly courteous and always ready to help. They patiently answered all our questions—even when we asked multiple times! Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to a comfortable stay at Tbilisi.

We stayed for 4 nights, with breakfast included in our stay. While the breakfast was more than decent, there was no variation in the offerings throughout our stay, which became a bit monotonous. Some variety would have been appreciated. Additionally, as vegetarians, we found the options quite limited—it would have been great if the hotel could include more vegetarian-friendly choices.
