The swimming pool ! I loved the fact that you could enjoy a cocktail poolside and that the pool was open until 11pm so you could enjoy a swim in the cool of the evening and watch the sunset, and float in the pool looking up at the moon and stars.

As a non-driver thought the hotel shuttle service into town was a bit steep at $25.00 a pop when many hotels do a free shuttle service so, next time I visit Key West, I would book accommodation closer to town/ in town.

Excellent all around only issues were ice machine on level 1 non functional and pillows in the room were horrible everything else was wonderful breakfast was adequate very basic but for free it hits the spot! employees were pleasant and welcoming not just the front desk staff but everyone to include the cleaning staff and everyone we came in contact with! the shuttle was amazing and saved us a ton of money on parking! not our first time here and certainly won't be our last!

This Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites was pleasant. They provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown Key West daily every hour. They also provided a complimentary shuttle to Smathers beach on the South. The pool at the center of the hotel 'village' was nice. It had fountains. The pool also had cabanas for families to hang out.

I do wish that they would provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport (which is only about 1 - 2 miles away). The taxi service, after tip, costs about $28 (as of June, 2024).

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Lots of loungers and several cabanas for use at no charge, just who ever gets to them first. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The rest of the staff were fine but no one smiles it seems to want to be there, except for the breakfast staff. They are very nice and always smiling.

The pool said heated upon booking but it definitely wasn’t. It was super cold but we eventually got used to it and tried to enjoy it because it was beautiful. Very fee people actually got in it because it was so cold. But a lot of people did lounge around the pool. There were chairs and umbrellas provided for guests at Smathers Beach, but it was not nice and smelled terrible

The pool and exterior space amazing! They let us keep our car there during our check out day since excursion was until 4. Shuttle service was awesome. Breakfast was great

2nd floor is really up two flights of stairs not 1. Laundry is on same story but confusion finding it, after taking clothes down stairs… then back up! They do have an elevator but opposite end of our room

We like the breakfast, the pool, and the outside bar area, Albert was very helpful at the front desk .

We were not checked out, and we found a cleaning person in our room, but Albert and the front desk took care of that and was very accommodating mentioned the pool Conditions to the front desk, They did send out maintenance. He did skim the top, but there was lots of green algae in the pool. And needed to be circulated along with chemicals

We liked the location, the pool, the bar, the shuttle service and the staff.

The room was a bit small, the television options were not good as there were no opportunities to stream channels like another Fairfield we stayed at in Marathon, the ice machine on our floor did not work and only one machine on the property worked, and one of the two clothes dryers did not work.

The free shuttles to downtown and the beach, clean rooms with everything in working order, great breakfast with tasty menu options, friendly and helpful staff, workout room open 24 hours with several machines, manicured landscaping and clean pool.

Some areas of hotel apart from my room (doors, walkways, fencing) were worn and dated.

The breakfast has room for improvement. It took forever to get refill on hot items. Most of the dishes were empty and only filled with a few items each time that was snatched away right away. Refills should have been larger and faster. Orange juice machine was left empty. Tables were left dirty from previous guests. Etc. The breakfast staff didn't seem to be too enthusiastic to be there. The front desk staff was very courteous though !! The shuttle driver didn't want to talk to us and answer questions about where the pick-up place and times were. I had to call the hotel to get information. But I appreciated the free shuttle service. The pool was definitely one of the highlights along with the room.

I was unsure about the hotel because of some reviews but honestly it was an excellent experience, the front desk girl was super nice she told us about what we could do on the area and explained what benefits we had on our stay, the breakfast was great and the pool is the best part of the hotel not to mention it’s really close to everything
