Loved the convenience of the location. Right in the middle of everywhere I want to be. Staff were fantastic and extremely responsive.

Unfortunately there are definitely some room upkeeps that need to be looked at. I stayed in three separate rooms and there were maintenance issues in all 3 that needed some looking at. But the staff took on feedback of these issues quickly and tried to relieve the issue straight away.

The bed was comfortable, there was coffee making facilities and a microwave in the room.

There was no bedside lights or switches, the bathroom only had a small fluorescent lights, and the shower overflowed across the bathroom floor during my shower as the curtain didn't stay in place.

Staff were super helpful, polite and cheerful. Receptionist phoned me with a message about my bankcard which was very kind as I had already left the Motel, and was worried about using the card. I was headed to hospital and this quick phone call made my day much easier, so thanks heaps! I will recommend you to other country travellers. The Chinese restaurant next door is also an added bonus as you don't have to go far for a tasty, cheap meal.

Lovely stay. Comfy, clean, and very accommodating to last minute booking. Didn't use pool but looked lovely!

A few more bowls and utensils would have made cooking some 2 minute noodles in the microwave easier 😅 but really not a problem

I enjoy this hotel because its convenient. Also the staff remember you and go ojt of there way to help if you wanna check in early if possible. Good convenient location also. I know its not a 5 star. But its comfortable as per what i need.

Location was spot on, easy to get to and get out, so close to public transport and shops. Also the lady in the office is Jess and she is just so good and amazing, thankyou Jess.

The chinese restaurant. We went to get dinner, said no table but other people that had not booked got in straight away..we walked out. The restaurant is not affiliated with the motel, just on the same property.

Easy check in. Pay bond in cash you get it back immediately Staff very helpful and friendly Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet Can leave late check-out at 12 noon Well kept pool facilities aswell

The place was nice close to many food places the staff at the reception was very lovely and helpful, overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the place is great! Definitely recommend!

The pool, the air-conditioning, the free Wi-Fi.

We paid for the first night only to have to spend it on the airport floor because jetstar stuffed up. We asked to stay longer than 10am checkout, they allowed us till 12pm. Which was good but not that generous considering our circumstances.

Location was great, friendly staff and other other people there made it enjoyable.

No laundry services available. Could have made the stay better
