Loved the convenience of the location. Right in the middle of everywhere I want to be. Staff were fantastic and extremely responsive.

Unfortunately there are definitely some room upkeeps that need to be looked at. I stayed in three separate rooms and there were maintenance issues in all 3 that needed some looking at. But the staff took on feedback of these issues quickly and tried to relieve the issue straight away.

Honestly the staff was everything. The lady at reception is absolutely wonderful and does above and beyond. Even though it doesn't have what other places have I definitely will co.e here again just because of the staff.

Lol haha Pool was cold hahaha not there fault it's autumn nearly winter.

Theres Ample carparking at the venue and the staff are courteous.

Shabby accommodation, a toilette that wasn't screwed down, broken towel rails in the shower area and Luke warm water for the shower. The pillows on the beds are way to solid to get a comfortable night's sleep on.

The room we booked was the deluxe family spa, there was 2 separate rooms with plenty of room for the kids to still be comfortable and able to play with there toys. was very quite and pleasant.

Needs a little TLC but for the price it was perfect for us just for the 1 night.

The bed was comfortable, there was coffee making facilities and a microwave in the room.

There was no bedside lights or switches, the bathroom only had a small fluorescent lights, and the shower overflowed across the bathroom floor during my shower as the curtain didn't stay in place.

Lovely stay. Comfy, clean, and very accommodating to last minute booking. Didn't use pool but looked lovely!

A few more bowls and utensils would have made cooking some 2 minute noodles in the microwave easier 😅 but really not a problem

Staff were super helpful, polite and cheerful. Receptionist phoned me with a message about my bankcard which was very kind as I had already left the Motel, and was worried about using the card. I was headed to hospital and this quick phone call made my day much easier, so thanks heaps! I will recommend you to other country travellers. The Chinese restaurant next door is also an added bonus as you don't have to go far for a tasty, cheap meal.

I enjoy this hotel because its convenient. Also the staff remember you and go ojt of there way to help if you wanna check in early if possible. Good convenient location also. I know its not a 5 star. But its comfortable as per what i need.

The place was nice close to many food places the staff at the reception was very lovely and helpful, overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the place is great! Definitely recommend!

Easy check in. Pay bond in cash you get it back immediately Staff very helpful and friendly Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet Can leave late check-out at 12 noon Well kept pool facilities aswell
