Location is back from town on a side road by a stream . Great generous apartment style suite with full kitchen and bathroom. There was a washer and dryer in the bathroom and a disherwasher in the kitchen. Big windows in the main living area with a nice outlook. Comfy main bed in a separate large room and 2 single beds in the living area. Clean and well designed and organised with everything we needed for our stay.

We actually liked ecerything so my points here are more pointing out things that may detract from the dnjoyment if the place for others. Only concern was the shower over the bath which for elderly and mobility impaired could be a bit tricky so ask about that when you book I am sure they have alternatives. Also if you had younger children maybe book a suite away from the stream.

Well located within easy walking distance to town centre. Peaceful, quiet and relaxed location. Spa bath an added bonus and was utilised each evening after being 'out and about' during day! Free parking right outside our apartment. Clean and comfortable.

This is an 'overall' observation from all accommodation we have stayed in throughout our trip in New Zealand - There are NO screens on windows or doors!! So, as much as we enjoy the fresh air, leaving windows open just attracted bugs and flying insects! Also, security screens would allow the 'stale' smells from cooking, etc, to give rooms a refreshing lift! Fresh air is so much nicer than air-conditioning!

Everything! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and the room had everything we needed. We stayed for 7 days and truly appreciated the mid-week room refreshing. The motel also has a room for you to dry your skis and boots. Thank you for making our ski trip such a pleasant one!

We loved that Clearbrook had everything you could possibly need for a short stay in Wanaka. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were definately appreciated to help keep costs down (we made sandwiches and brought snacks for the ski trips) and used the laundry so we had clean clothes before we left. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The motel is literally so close to everything ! We had a room on the second floor - we also loved hearing the babbling brook on the property.

Everything was great! No complaints here (oh except for the neighbours next door who on one night partied till 2am)

Rooms not serviced daily and when we put sign out for servicing, only the very basics were done. Recycling was not emptied, tea, coffee facilities and bathroom supplies were not replenished. Stayed 7 nights, pay the same price per night as someone staying one but the value is far less than if you were only staying one night. Perhaps a discount should be offered for longer stays if unit not going to be serviced/replenished on a daily basis.

The property is an incredible view of some of the mountains and the stream running Infront of the property is really beautiful. The location is perfect for a stroll into the city for dinner or along Wanaka Lake. The room was spacious and much more than we expected. The room was also already heated when we arrived on a very cold day.

The facility was a bit older than I expected especially for the price, however that wasn't an issue as we only stayed the night.

Room is very spacious for 3 of us. Room is clean, fully furnished and functional kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Property has ample parking lots, we managed to get parking lot very near to our room on the ground floor, very convenient to transfer luggage. 1 heater in the toilet, very useful during this winter in the first week of August. 2mins walk to food truck and other establishments. Less than 5mins drive to supermarket, opens daily 7am to 10pm.

The apartment was located in lovely grounds in the town centre. The kitchen was equipped with a dishwasher and a washer & dryer. The sliding doors opened on to a grassy area with a little bubbling brook and there was comfortable outside seating on our little patio. The room itself had plenty of storage space and was very comfortable. The receptionist who greeted us upon arrival was lovely.

It’s a wonderful location being about 100 metre walk into the main Wanaka shopping/cafe/restaurant area. Wanaka is a stunningly beautiful location with a large array of leisure activities available. Beautiful walks. Great cafes and restaurants. And dont miss the short drive out to Lake Hawea -amazing scenery. This would have to be our favourite place in NZ
