City view bed was comfortable , clean , breakfast was amazing loved the lounge areas.

Staff were not friendly when checking in , also our booking included breakfast and staff did not add that until i mentioned it and then had made a rude comment that they never include breakfast , did not give info on hours for check out time or any information about what is around.

Breakfast not offered for free. Prices were too expensive to pay for out of pocket. Hotel in downtown area was Ok. panhandlers hanging around outside which made it unsafe to walk at night. But overall rooms were very clean and excellent.

Need air freshers in elevators because of the smell of weed when we took them up. Got a good "contact high" the three times we went up to use them. Need better breakfast service for Marriot preferably a free breakfast.

The lady that checked me in was the absolute sweetest person!! Mike who worked the graveyard shift went above and beyond everyone I talked to were amazing!

If I were going to be picky I hated the bathroom sinks faucet. Everything else was amazing.

My plane was delayed and I came hours later, but my reservation was cancelled and charged for no-show. I had to rebook then and there at the frontdesm. Very friendly lady helped me out.

This hotel shares a lobby and all of the workers with the Residence Inn that’s connected (that was slightly cheaper and offered free breakfast!). The only difference is the view. I would do the other one if we stayed here again but it was a good stay overall.

Location relative to T-Mobile Arena, downtown, and the trolly.

The room had several broken plumbing fixtures, the maid service was lacking. Meaning they did not take the garbage one day, another they forgot to replenish the water bottles. They also left dirty glasses and did not replace.

Great location, quiet room. We were on a higher floor so streetcar wasn't too loud. Many great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Difficult to navigate to building; we showed up at another Marriott property initially and when we arrived at the correct Courtyard Marriott, we were confused, as it shares a building with(/is combined with?) a Residence Inn. Overall good location and amenities for a weekend trip though!

really nice room, gym was also nice. Cocktail at bar was nice when it was open.

Starbucks on site was closed and we didn’t realize we could get free breakfast on the other side for two days. so a communication issue. housekeeping came in once which was ok but didn’t know they were coming to leave a tip. they took towels but didn’t leave new ones.

Loved everything about the stay! Bed was super comfy and room was amazing! Views of the city were great from the room! Staff was so friendly! Will stay again for sure!!

I think that the restaurant was underwhelming. It was overpriced for food that seemed like microwaveable meals.
