Good location- quite and green nabourhood with free parking. Good wide choice of breakfast. Room very clean, beautiful interior, comfortable bed, good soundproof.

TV with only local channels. We would prefer the Netflix app or screen mirror function. Staff at the reception could not help us with this either, but she was trying atleast :)

Good hotel, well presented, quiet at night. Delicious buffet breakfast with a wide selection. The location is good for someone driving into Krakow and not wanting to navigate the city centre. The hotel is somewhat on the outskirts, so the busiest roads are bypassed, but is an easy 20-25 minute Uber ride from the city centre.

My room was too hot and my inputs into the temp regulator on the wall didn't seem to make a difference. Also they could have provided a few more amenities like a mini-fridge and cutlery.

Cosy and silent room. It's clean. A huge park near to the hotel, very good. There are also some restaurant so we can eat different type of meal.

When I came to the reception to the check-out, a man passed me without the hostess saying anything. And she took care of him without paying attention to me who had arrived first. The shampoo isn't so good, it was not appreciable to wash my hair.

The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast is included with the price of the room and is extremely fresh and robust! Reception was outstanding, gave us plenty of information and was extremely accommodating.

It’s a short cab drive away from the city center. Some may see this as a negative but I think it’s nice to be a bit away from the craziness of all of the tourist traps.

Absolutely loved this Hotel, my son and I spent 7 nights here (June 2022) and truly I can’t recommend this Hotel enough. Breakfast was as much as you can eat, huge choice. Staff were amazing. Book with the utmost confidence. We visited Auschwitz, the Salt Mine, Energerland (Rollercoasters), Oscar Schindler’s factory, Hard Rock Cafe. Lovely evening meal, very cheap. Lidl superstore within walking distance. My wife Nicky booked this hence her name, this review was written by Michael In Surrey.

My only very slight gripe would be the shower 🚿 just not powerful enough but really not that important.

A good quality/price offer if you're aiming for a comfortable transit stop during a trip. Although the street itself doesn't seem really welcoming, the location is actually great as the hotel is basically surrounded by forest and a great looking park. We were there with dogs, they enjoyed everyone's attention and the nature just as much as we did. The team of the hotel is great: pleasant, smiling, creating comfortable and cheerful atmosphere. Totally recommended.

The outside of the hotel may seem discomfiting: the street is not well-kept, without curbs, sidewalks, etc., one side is overgrown with tall grass. the hotel itself from the outside looks like a gray box with red awnings next to it. However, the exterior is compensated by comfy interior and friendly team.

The hotel is very clean and quite stylish. It's also quite near Nowa Huta center. I liked this a lot. Also the room decor was very nice, especially the bathroom.

It was a little cold in the room, but we stayed there when the weather broke down into heavy snow. Also there is no underground parking.

Very clean and still fresh. Someone put a thought in rooms design. The restaurant was busy every evening, so must be good, although I haven't managed to dine in there.

Shower water pressure is very low; longhaired peeps might experience difficulties washing head. On top of that, the bathroom was chilly. Tapping the access card in the lift is very annoying, especially when you have some luggage and a sleepy child on hands. Instant orange juice is a reason to hate hotels.

Brand new and stylish, extremely comfortable and clean. Great breakfast and 3 min walk to city park with lake and number of summer time activities

Good breakfast with variety of food collection. The restaurant at the evening was a good option if you don’t want to go outside. the room was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful.

the pillows were very stiff and not comfortable. the location was very close to the sport center but 20 minutes drive from the old city and the city center.
