All the staff we met were the nicest people we've ever met staying in the hotel. Any requests were accommodated, even if it wasn't easy for them. Amazing Location: 2 min walk to the Wawel Castle, 3 min walk to the main Market Square, 1 min walk to the river, 1 min walk to a fantastic breakfast place "Liberty Rest". Amazing, several hundred sq ft terrace with a view of the river. We hosted some friends and family, and everyone loved the terrace. Also, great bath and bedroom.

There is a chimney from the floor below right in the middle of the living room, which made the whole room useless and blocked the view of the terrace. For us the terrace was so gorgeous that it compensated for the chimney thing. The wall paintings on the wall were mediocre, bordering on bad for such an artsy city, but that could be a matter of preference.

only 1 pillow each as standard, we asked for 2 more and got them. some small niggles where only 3 coat hangers, no cups in bathroom to rinse mouth. we had no room servicing over 4 nights, this was ok for us, apparently you hang a card on your door as we found out later but there wasn't one !! we had twin beds pushed together (double). "mind the gap" the duvet wasn't big enough for the bed really, and no blankets in the wardrobe

Interaction with the staff, position of the venue, market's close by, city center and Vistula by walking distance. The cleaning personnel were very helpful. Apartment equipped with everything necessary except a coffee machine/device. Parking place outside the hotel.

The initial room was without windows for the bedroom and the smell was terrible. The receptionist changed the room on our request (of course a smaller one), but more appropriate. The sofa had a technical issue, a handyman was promised to fix it, but didn't show up.

From the moment I checked in, I knew I was going to have a great stay, the man on reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. Check in was a smooth process. He also recommended some good restaurants, bars and attractions. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, kitchen / diner with a small lounge area, separate bedroom with huge wardrobes and a very clean shower room. No noise from other residents or outside, good temperature control within the apartment and the communal areas were very clean.

Additional pillows or some thicker pillows as they’re quite thin. The shower didn’t drain too well but I just didn’t turn the shower on full and it drained ok. The TV channels weren’t the best but Sky News worked so that’s something I guess.

Fantastic location at the base of the Wawel Castle, close to River walk. 15 min walk to the central market. Room was inviting, clean and decorated well. Lots of options for restaurants very close to hotel. Parking was available which made it very easy.

Bed was very tiny compared to North Amercan ones. As I was travelling with my sister we opted for a twin room, but they came with two singles not twin size beds. Had a issue trying to get the kitchen lights under counter turned off but lingered it out in the morning. There was a digital on off switch that I did not see.

Brilliant accommodation and very clean. The staff were absolutely great with very easy and good communication with the hotel prior to the arrival. The location is also superb and only a short walk to the Old Town. Definitely worth reserving a parking place before you arrive (if possible) as parking in this part of the city is quite difficult. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back here again.

Nothing to report on room itself or the location. Parking space could by the hotel building be a tad larger as it was pretty tight. I was still happy that I didn’t have to park miles away from the hotel which would have been a real possibility if I have not had reserved the parking spot prior to arrival.

Very good location, 5 minute walk to Wawel, river trips, restaurants. Also close to the old market (12 min walk) and all old town attractions. We had a great room with a separate bedroom for parents while kids slept on the sofa bed in the living -kitchen area. TV in both rooms. There was a laundry room on the top floor. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, young and energetic. Very attentive to all our requests that were fulfilled immediately. There was also parking at the entrance at a reasonable price. Two convenience stores: 24-hr one on the ground floor of the building and Żabka (cheaper) a few steps further. Bakery to get fresh pastry for breakfast.

Nothing really. We knew that this hotel does not have a pool or does not serve any food. In my opinion this was a perfect setup for a trip to Krakow. You prepare a quick breakfast in your own kitchen and then off to the old town for a busy day sightseeing and having meals in the restaurants.

Nice apartment. We had an inside room which meant we had 2 skylights no windows we could actually look out of. A few things broken and a long list of charges for broken things in a booklet. Not sure if the heating/air conditioning was working right or whether we were using it right as no manual. Only 1 English TV chanel which was Skynews. Damage deposit was returned while we waited on our taxi so was very speedy. I would stay here again as it's a great location to visit the city and overall price was reasonable.

lots of space! beds very comfy - although are small doubles! bathroom was lovely and the shower was huge and had amazing water pressure!! kitchen facilities also large and well equipped!

if you are staying here specifically for the views, be sure to book a room with a view, as we were on the top floor but the windows were similar in size to a letterbox and then had sky lights, so it was bright enough but not a lot of view at all

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Julia. The apartment was very clean and it was great to have air con with the summer heat. The location was perfect for getting about the city. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Difficult to find anything to critique. We were aware of movement with other guests in corridors and rooms around and above us. However it's an apartment block and the noise was not excessive. There were no parties or late night noise - just noise awareness with people coming and going. You do have to make allowances when you are staying in an apartment complex. It would not stop me staying again with my family again.
